I had quite a bit of work done at BA Auto in Columbia Md. BRADY and his team delivered great service. The mechanics are knowledgeable and straightforward — they take the time to explain what’s going on with the car and walk you through your options without any pressure. I really appreciate their honesty and how they only recommend what’s actually needed.
Their pricing is fair, the quality of their work is solid, and they got things done in a reasonable amount of time. My car came back running like it was brand new.
The customer service is excellent. They’re friendly, easy to talk to, and make the whole process smooth from drop-off to pick-up.
Overall, BA Auto has become the shop I trust most in the Columbia area. If you’re looking for reliable work, honest people, and a place that truly takes care of you, I definitely recommend them.

BAA Auto Care provided the service requested for a fair price without any up selling. Just because I drive a modern German made auto doesn’t mean I want to pay inflated dealer service charges. I do however want my car handled by people that know what they are doing. BAA also passed the “dont steal my quarters test” which is more than I can say for the dealer!
