Terribly rude female employee who greeted me with a sigh then denied my rental due to a trivial policy that I later found was not true at all. Pre paid and ended up having to go to another city to get another rental from another Avis in ELLICOTT CITY where I met no issues whatsoever. Stay away from this place is extremely ghetto.

Requested a luxury car 2 weeks in advance for my wedding, when we got there to pick it up they told us they didn't have it and gave us a jeep, completely ruining the whole purpose. The Jeep was dirty and scratched up as well. This office was a mess, incredibly unprofessional

The Jamaican girl at the Columbia location is so rude!!The cars are disgusting and wreak of cigarette smoke. As a preferred member who rents often you would think that they would treat you better.

Car was super dirty from outside and inside. There was a drink splashed on the back seat with the bottle inside the car. Worst of all was that the seat belt of the passenger of the back sit wasn’t functioning. I had to go to BWI and request a change. Staff were nice but quality is not acceptable.

This is the worst establishment ever. Everytime we come here there is either no car or some other problem. If this is how you treat premiere members I wonder how you treat regular customers.

The car I was issued was bug encrusted. For the price, I would have liked a clean car. Apparently they have staffing issues.

Car is filthy!!!! It smells terrible. the AC is taking forever to cool off. Hood is damaged or has peeling paint. Rep says oh we don't clean cars and I'll just mark the car for damage, and of course they "don't have any other cars available". Who wants to rent a hooptie? No one. Rent a car elsewhere.

Very disapointed, made reservations for a car weeks prior to the rental date. As the date got closer, ive been recieveing many confrmation emails and reminders about my upcoming trip. Four days prior I called this location myself to triple confirm the vechile, and they kept telling me the car is not guarnteed. In other words, it do not matter if you made a reservation, they dont have the car. He told me that I should call the day before to see if the car will eventually arrive. Anyways I never got the car I had to go to BWI at the very last minute to rent a car. Overall I see that this place is not dependeable at all. My advice call in advance before your trip, because they wont even bother to call you to let you know that they dont have the car.

Our rental experience started off with a road bump, but the local owner patiently listened to our appeal and gave us a partial refund to make up for our increased costs. Thank you. Next time we will talk to him directly at the Crafle Rock location rather than attempt to reserve a vehicle online.

Cars smelled so bad I had to keep myself from getting sick in the car. 1st car bad so I asked for a different car. Didn't realize how bad that one was until I was almost home. I'm local and my car was being fixed and no way was I dealing with that for a week and the cost. Exchanged at BWI, nothing for my troubles.
