The manager and other employees were extremely kind to me and my family. The level of customer service we received was above and beyond. First time shopping here and it was very pleasant. Employees were super nice and attentive, clean well organized store, the fabrics are very soft and they had an extra 50% sale!

Will never shop at Athleta again! They don’t stand up to their mistakes! Just received an item that had black foot prints all over a white top! I paid with a gift card and they are telling me that they will charge my credit card in order for them to send me another one and then they will issue me another gift card when I return the damaged item. I should not be seeing this on my credit card statement when I paid for this with a gift card! This is just to incentivize me to shop for more things in their store! This should not be my problem!

I went yesterday to EXCHANGE for the same product but move a size up and the assistant manager, Jennifer, was extremely rude and incompetent. Rather own she did not know how to do an exchange, she proceeded to accuse me of making her anxious and said I was being hostile with my facial expressions. Of the many years I have shopped, you would have thought I did not know what an EXCHANGE means. It was very upsetting and frankly, the assistant manager did not want to deal with me. She made excuses and huffed and puffed every time I said I just want to exchange the item. I contacted Athleta customer service to report Jennifer to ensure she was reported to the District Manager. I was not looking for a freebie I just wanted to exchange the item at the price I paid. Lullulemon and Athletas other competitors certainly know a thing or two about customer service! It’s a shame because Athleta used to be a fav of mine!

I am addicted to soft clothes. The staff is great. Please stock a more size-inclusive range in the store so that the 3x folks can wander in and find something.

The products are nice and one of a kind, I used to love to shop at the Columbia Mall store until today’s visit. The client service is not good at all, the associates are to busy on their phones or talking to each other instead of making suggestions on new items or new arrivals. I called to make a complaint and the manager talked over me the entire time. Thanks to this horrible experience I am now a fan of Lululemon. Yes it’s pricey but the customer service at Lululemon is great. I will gladly spend my money at a place that makes me feel welcome.

I feel that this company is very bad. I bought clothes from their company, and then I refunded them. Their company kept billing me. There are bills, I don't even have a reason for anything, I still have to pay, it's horrible, I have to pay. Hello ladies, don't use their company's credit card to buy things. After you buy something, if you return it, he will ask you to match the bill. So if I go to their company to buy clothes now, I will use my US credit card, I don't Will use their company credit card because I'm too scared.

The staff are so very friendly and helpful. Great selection of clothing and accessories. Their clothing feels so very soft, you just want to sink into it.Athleta isn't the place to go if you're looking for inexpensive or cheap. It IS the place to get super cute, quality, comfortable clothing, that is priced for what it is (maybe a tad on the higher side in my opinion, but I'm also kind of cheap lol).They have plenty of other colors and shades, but apparently I really like the colors in the pictures I'm sharing. ?
