After spending over 38k with these guys I was told i have a lifetime warranty for repairs if any diamonds falls off my ring and my watch or my chain but it was sure a lie smh i was asked to pay if i wanted to get any repairs fixed showed them receipts of my purchase and they were still trying to charge me to replace 2 or 3 stones . Peer pressure you at first to buy anything and they say anything only to turn around and not honor it smh horrible services . I had to switch jewelers these turned out to be a terrible experience too bad i had to take my whole family to another jeweler just because of that

Purchased a used Rolex from them over a year ago, and still getting the run around for my appraisal papers. The many times I called over the year there were no records on file of my purchase and I always always was told that someone would “get back to me” it never happened and I was told today “I’m trynna help you out so be patient” oh after getting over 8K from me and not delivering on your behalf….your trynna “help me out”. Super unprofessional, I’d never spend another dime with these people.

I been trying to get help for weeks. I call and ask about what i was trying to get done. It has been a week and a half and i wanted something done by my birthday( this week) and I don’t have my order no where near finalized or processed. One thing they did do was get me signed up with the leasing company but wont help me order. They just keep putting me off and giving me excuses. I wouldn’t recommend this location at all. I might try arundel Mills location. I never dealt with this bad customer service before. I really did want my piece for my birthday. Smh
