Dalton, the owner, left someone else’s storage in our driveway and then was rude both in person and by phone (hung up on us) as we tried to deal with him to get someone else’s stuff from our property. I would never work with or support a man who behaves that way. He is shameful.

Rented a mobile storage unit from them for six months. They even moved to my new location, without any damage issues. They were willingly to work with me to accommodate my moving dates and times.

I really can't say enough good things about this company and about my experience with American Portable Storage. The owner Dalton is a real class act. He goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and professionalism. He spoke to me with kindness and consideration like I was a familiar friend. I first called to inquire about a unit on 6/27 and had a unit delivered the morning of 6/29! He provides prompt service whereas all other companies were booking 5-7 days out. He followed up by squeezing me into a packed schedule the day following the July 4th holiday to transport my belongings to my new home on the same day I called. His prices are the lowest I've found by far from any pod/mobile storage company servicing Maryland. When it comes to customer service I'm generally hard to impress but Dalton really blew me away. I'll be referring him to any and everyone I know. Thank you so much, Dalton. You're a superstar!

I recently used American Portable Storage to be clutter my home and get it ready for the market. I was so impressed with their customer service, pricing was awesome and more importantly, the time they gave me to make sure all my needs were met. I had a lot of antiques that I was storing and after speaking with the owner, Dalton, he put my mind at ease. If you want attention to details and great price and customer service, then I would recommend American Portable Storage to help with your move or storage needs!

Wow...I am so glad I found these guys!! They were awesome to work with and very pleasant. Best price for mobile storage we had found by far. Very accomadating since we had to reschedule our move a week but the owner was so good about changing us at the last minute. We would highly recommend this company.
