While I understand clearance items are not to be exchanged, I’m very unhappy with a recent order, and customer service. My boots were shipped from this local store. I paid $74.97 for them online. When they arrived today, they still had a red clearance sticker on them marking them as $39.97! This is almost half of what I paid. It just strikes me as really unacceptable that I would be charged so much online, and then learn (due to carelessness, really) that they were available down the street for almost 50% less. I’d like to ask for an exception to your policies…. Either a partial refund, or allow me to return them for my money back. Worse yet! I waited 30 minutes online for customer service chat only for it to disconnect me when I was third in line.

Upscale and stylish boots and shoes for ladies and men. Awesome styles and accessories. High heel boots high heel dress shoes clunky boots must go there pricey great purses but focus is men's and ladies shoes and boots lots of lace ups friendly sales staff

I visited the store today. The store is very small. 3 associates did not greet me or ask if I needed help but greeted the couple who came in a few minutes after me. Not sure what that was all about.

I just went there to pick up my order that I placed online. When I received my order I didn’t like the bag and I asked them to return. The gentleman at the cashier seemed very pissed off and was very rude he refused to return the order and started yelling. Not sure what state of mind he was in? I grabbed my bag and left the store.
