I got in a small accident after just recently moving to Howard County. I was really concerned about finding a place to fix my car, but I didn’t want to drive it without headlights all the way to Virginia where I used to go. So I called and spoke to Mike who was very personable and said they're open and come on by- so that's exactly what I did. I got an estimate in just a few minutes, brought my car in a few days later to have it fixed. Overall, I was completely blown away by the service at ACI Auto Body and the staff at the office were all so great and definitely exceeded my expectations. I will definitely recommend ACI Auto Body to anyone in Howard County Maryland who needs car repairs or collision repair, and I will definitely be going to them again if I ever need to. THANK YOU.

We have been ACI’s customers for many years. Some of the employees have changed over the years, but the management remained the same, and as a family business they take good care of their customers. ACI is the best mechanic and body shop we have ever had in quality of work, the speed at which they do it and the professional manner they conduct themselves in the vast majority of the time. Cost wise, they are not the cheapest but not the most expensive, yet you get what you pay for. Over the decades of driving, I have come to rely on a well-functioning vehicle. For my spouse, it is absolutely essential.

I have used ACI autobody shop for years, and I have never been disappointed. The employees are kind, friendly, and professional. They go out of their way to ensure that your auto repair experience is excellent. I've had my car repaired, yearly maintenance work, as well as bodywork from an accident, and each time, I left happy and confident about the work that was done. I highly recommend ACI autobody shop in Columbia to all!

Exceptional and caring service! When we arrived home after a long international travel to find that someone has hit our car at the parking lot, they helped us deal with the insurance, made sure we are getting adequate parts for the repair, and made our car look as good as new. Thank you!

Great experience from start to finish, this was a no insurance repair and they really worked with me to control the costs. They proactively kept me updated throughout the process (even provided pictures). A great and professional experience. Best of all, the work was done right, on time, and on budget.

I recently picked my car up from ACI’s shop in Columbia and I could not have been more impressed by their work. Not only was the damage seamlessly repaired, and ready a day EARLY, but they also cleaned and vacuumed my car! Great customer service, great work, overall great experience. Will be recommending them to anyone who asks.

Shalom was super-helpful and friendly!! Even when he was busy up to his eyeballs with work, he still explained everything to me on the phone and then did his best to accommodate me. The repairs looked great! I definitely plan to come back for more work.

Amazing work. Been to them twice now for repairs done on my BMW. I can’t tell that it was damaged in the first place how well they fixed everything. They make sure that any possible damages internally are fixed as well. I had to deal with an extremely difficult and frustrating insurance company during my second visit and ACI Auto Body shop was very patient and understanding and did everything they could to get things squared away for me. I highly recommend them and I definitely will be back for any future car needs, as they can also do regular mechanical work and maintenance.
