Usually come here during the day. However, I am here at 1 AM and the store is closed for cleaning and sanitizing according to a sign on the door. This is also a gas station. This really sucks because they should be cleaning and sanitizing throughout the day especially since they make and sell food. This is the 4 or 5th location in or near Columbia and Ellicott city that I visited for just a simple coffee this has been hours apart to not only have wasted time making my way to these locations but still have not experienced the convenience of a convenience store!

This store is not 24 hours, they post cleaning signs late at night and refuse to take customers. Disrespectful. At least have the decency to change your hours online.

This store has a great Employee named Grace who gives the best customer service. I have to give two stars because this location, and the one on Snowden River and 108 are the only 7/11 locations I have ever been to that regularly close at 11. I thought they were all 24 hours?

I go every time and it’s was a nice place , until today, someone take my card number and information and tried to do a transaction of $126 , I talk to the PM manager 10:30 pm they denied the transaction when I have prove that was done in this location , I wish to talk to someone else to prevent future FRAUD !

I have been going to this store and gas station for the past two years. They had one staff member who was very rude, he left about a year ago. Since then, the staff has been very nice and friendly. The other day I purchased a salad. When I got to work I started cutting the lettuce and in the midst of doing that, the knife hit a fork that was in the middle of the lettuce. I called the store and told them. When I took the salad back, the gentleman and the lady, who are always very nice began to argue with me. I told them that I was not trying to get my money back, I just wanted to make them aware. There is no way a company put a fork in, without a plastic cover on it, in the salad. I said it was a mistake. They still continued to argue with me. WHY??? I didn't ask or want my money returned. No apology and the not caring attitude was just rude. It's sad how their attitude changed in the midst of a problem that wasn't that serious. If you have an issue, don't expect a caring spirit from either one of them.

It's 2 o'clock now and their so called 24 hours 7/11 closed.. i came here couple of times around this time and i found this store always closed around after midnight i guess.

That place short changed me and when I went back to address the matter I was given an attitude and they were very defensive.They promised to look into the situation but I have never heard back and don't expect too. Anyone reading this can expect the same treatment and should avoid this place. It seems that the staff can't do basis math.

Occasionally I will go to a different 7-11 expecting it to be like this one; they never are. If there was an award for best 7-11, this one should win it. It is probably why it is so busy. It is always very clean and very well stocked. The people behind the counter are always so warm and friendly, especially one woman. I truly enjoy sharing my mornings with them, particularly her.

Highest priced gas in the area. Stays at 15-25c per gallon. above any other station within 4miles.Car wash doesn't recognize full size pick up trucks. The triple foam stage will only cover from the front bumper to the front of rear passenger doors on an extended full size cab.I can't say these things without saying something positive. One employee deserves all the praise! She is friendly and always ready to help everyone that walks into the store! She is worth so much more than my 10stars here. Happy new year Grace!

This is not a 24hr store it closes at 12am everyday and the manger needs to update the store hours because there is just one guy in the store who closes it and does nothing in the graveyard hours.
