It started with a sick lizard. They were the only ones who could care for her. Then other issues with our pets lead to several different visits. Each time they approached us with concern for our pet and our financial concerns before proceeding to treatment.

The girls that saw my rabbit were SO friendly and warm. I really liked that I was able to go inside for his appointment. We will be back for any additional appointments he may need.

Great experience for me and my pets. Basin Run will be my new vets office. The staff is so warm and welcoming and the Dr. is fair with prices. So happy to have a new caring place for my animals. Also I wanted to thank them for the beautiful rose they sent to my house after having to say good bye to my bunny.
