This is my local CVS and I’ve had really good experiences here. I mostly shop for home staples such as hair products, toilet paper, frozen dinners, and holiday cards. It’s never busy and the folks that work there are nice.

Pharmacist are very scary people. They tell one thing that changes every day. Warning. Don't trust them. They are playing with your health. The state of Maryland should take immediate action. I'm going to contact the state to take action. Please watch for follow ups.

The individuals who work in the pharmacy department are very rude, impatient, condescending, and the two that I spoke with (the pharmacist and a male staffer) have very poor English skills. In fact, the pharmacist, who also spoke with a heavy accent, called me rude when I told her as nicely as I could that I had difficulty understanding the male staffer. Worse still, the two of them stated that they would not honor the terms of the care pass agreement that I purchased for $5 a month. One of the terms was free delivery of medication. I was shocked by their lack of professionalism and respect for the customer. I canceled my care pass agreement.

Horrible pharmacy service. Pharmacist hung up on me when i called in to get a prescription refilled. Then denied my prescription being filled. Simply tried to transfer prescription from another location down the road to this store. Will not be coming back you should find another cvs to go to.

They don't even get one star. The pharmacy staff member allowed me to wait in line with 4 people in front of me only to tell me they are closing for lunch after the person right in front of me was being helped. The sign for the closing is on their registers where someone in line cannot see it. I asked her since I was the last in line could she take me since it was right at 1:30 and I was already in line and I don't live in this state so I'm not aware of their policy. She then got loud and rudely said it's been like this since pandemic no we cannot, we have to go to lunch. I asked her where was the sign coming in and there is no sign for them closing the pharmacy at 1:30 as you enter the store. She rudely said again we have to take lunch and closed the shutters. This is THE WORST PLACE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE PHARMACY. I can't imagine how she has treated others and she needs to loose her job.

Old lady that works in there didn't believe I had forgotten to scan 1 item. So she took my Allegra and said I couldn't have it. I had to walk all the way in the back to grab another one and pay for it. The whole time she just watched. She tried to check my bag and she found nothing. Very annoying.

My doctor called my medicine in to this pharmacy, and when I arrived on 5/3/2022 at 3:15 p.m., the African staff member stated that it would take 20 minutes to fill my prescription. I waited 35 minutes and called my uber. Before leaving the store, I asked the African staff member if my medicine was ready, and she started yelling at me for no reason, saying quote (YOUR MEDICINE IS NOT READY, AND TO GET AWAY FROM THE CASH REGISTAR). I then left without my infection medicine for my toe. This African female has been with CVS for a while, and it seems like she would know how to treat customers. I didn't argue with her for her nasty and rude behavior. I just left. I will be changing my medications to another pharmacy. Just be aware of her!!!

I live by this store. The actual store itself is ok. A little clutter but it's not that bad or good. But the pharmacy deserves a 0! The pharmacy use to be friendly, fat & proficient. NOW they are so slow, skimp on pills, AND LIE!!! I've been here on numerous occasions and they either don't have my medicine or they lie & say it's not in stock because its the company's fault.
