This is the WORST pharmacy I have ever been to. I've used them 4x and everytime there is an issue. No matter which doctor I use, they always say "they didn't receive the perscription" despite my doctors sending it multiple times and confirming. Further getting someone on the phone is a miracle. In all the times I've called they only answered once, this most recent time. Currently, I am extremely sick and was told my prescription would he ready at 230, so when I came at 230, I was told 430, then when I came at 430 I was told 530 and when I pushed back explaining I've been there twice already the pharmacist said oh well, I'm the only one here, come back at 530 and it'll be ready. Super unprofessional and this is the LAST time ill use this pharmacy.

This store has violated HIPAA laws that thankfully CVS Customer Service was able to fix for me. They also threw out our disposable camera and we never got our photos from it. Management has been told to get back to us on these matters and has not reached out to us in the past 2 months we have been calling and coming into this area. Not only is management nonexistent at this CVS but store employees will not help you. They will tell you that management needs to help you with XYZ but it never happens. I wouldn't go to this particular CVS, there are better ones in the area. I prefer CVS over other drug stores so its a shame that this local one is so awful.

They don't even get one star. The pharmacy staff member allowed me to wait in line with 4 people in front of me only to tell me they are closing for lunch after the person right in front of me was being helped. The sign for the closing is on their registers where someone in line cannot see it. I asked her since I was the last in line could she take me since it was right at 1:30 and I was already in line and I don't live in this state so I'm not aware of their policy. She then got loud and rudely said it's been like this since pandemic no we cannot, we have to go to lunch. I asked her where was the sign coming in and there is no sign for them closing the pharmacy at 1:30 as you enter the store. She rudely said again we have to take lunch and closed the shutters. This is THE WORST PLACE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE PHARMACY. I can't imagine how she has treated others and she needs to loose her job.

My doctor called my medicine in to this pharmacy, and when I arrived on 5/3/2022 at 3:15 p.m., the African staff member stated that it would take 20 minutes to fill my prescription. I waited 35 minutes and called my uber. Before leaving the store, I asked the African staff member if my medicine was ready, and she started yelling at me for no reason, saying quote (YOUR MEDICINE IS NOT READY, AND TO GET AWAY FROM THE CASH REGISTAR). I then left without my infection medicine for my toe. This African female has been with CVS for a while, and it seems like she would know how to treat customers. I didn't argue with her for her nasty and rude behavior. I just left. I will be changing my medications to another pharmacy. Just be aware of her!!!

This vaccination site is very unprofessional. I set back to back appointments for the second dose for my father, mother, and sister. My father had the initial dose at 10:30am which is taking up a 30 minute slot and then I set my sisters and mother for 11am which took another 30 minutes slot. Total of 1 hour or so to give 3 vaccines that take no more than 5 minutes to give. They all showed up at 10:35am and the lady refused to give the vaccine to my father. It took a lot of fuss for someone else to finally give it to him. They also don't even check on you 15 minutes after the dose like they're supposed to. When I got both of my doses, they had me wait 20 minutes from my appointment time (even if I was on time) to get me seated. They pretty much forgot about me. So it's okay for them to be late on the schedule but can't be lenient for a family who has the schedule blocked off so it wouldn't really effect anyone else, especially if they don't follow the after shot protocol of observing for 15 minutes.

I moved into the area a year ago. This pharmacy is BUSY! Without exception I have had friendly, efficient, and caring service every time I have been to or called this pharmacy. My expectations are exceeded by the wonderful staff.
