My bumper was trapped by parking barrier, and the bottom plastic of hood was broken and hitting the front wheels. I was worried how much it's gonna cost me. Then Lou gave me a quote of less than $200, telling me the bumper is still attached, don't have to replace it. He got the parts the same day and fixed in an hour. Really appreciated, Lou.”

“I really wanted to like this place, they did a great job on my father’s car and a couple of friends cars as well. However, I recently got my car repaired here- I received no updates on the car (as I was promised), every time I’d call for an update they’d give me a false date (which I can understand but becomes tiring after the fourth/fifth time calling), when my car was finally ready, they hadn’t completed various things they promised would be done. Had to take the car elsewhere to get an alignment and am currently receiving 0 updates on a missing part they forgot about/ forgot to replace on my car. Overall, they are extremely friendly, the work done is nice - really wanted to enjoy my personal experience with them, but it was very lacking.”
