She was easy to communicate and handled everything with the insurance. After some hidden damages were found, she filed additional claim and processed it without much of involvement. i got sideswiped and immediately wanted to get it fixed. every other shops’ turnaround time was at least a week - 2 weeks was the longest. and my quotes started at $1800!??
i found VM on google in hopes of finding a place that would get this fixed with a decent time frame and at a reasonable price, and boy did i get lucky.
not only did Kimberly give me an UNBEATABLE estimate, she made sure i was booked to get my car fixed and finished within 3 days; thurs-saturday lunch. her and her team gave me my car back THAT FRIDAY!! a little over 24 hours later!!! they detailed the inside and the outside of my car without ask, and i was blown away. this will be the shop that i’ll be taking my car to when i need work to be done or a car clean. Kimberly and her team were beyond professional and took care of me better than any other shop i’ve been to before. i will be back!! thank you!!”

the bmw dealer wanted $200 just to "diagnose".
spoke to Andreas - who told me when to come to avoid a wait (I got in with NO wait). he checked the fluid and said it didn't need replacing for atleast another year. charged me <$20.
