For $80 I was hoping for a better presentation. They did however honor my request of yellow roses but as you can see there is a BIG DIFFERENCE in the presentation of what I was expecting. I chose this arrangement due to the butterfly….which is not on the arrangement. I was so embarrassed ? when the recipient sent me this photo of what she got.

I needed to have flowers delivered for a special birthday and ordered them in the morning. I needed to have them delivered at 5pm, and called to place the order with Ash,who worked at the shop. I understood that the latest it could be delivered was sometime after 3:30pm or so. Every business has a time limit fir certain services and I understood this limitation completely...Ash was very professional and assured me they'd get it there as late as possible. The delivery actually happened just before 5pm and was perfect timing. Thank you, Ash, for exceeding my expectations and providing beautiful flowers with beautiful service!

I selected Woods Florist and Gifts because of the reviews. I didn’t see the floral arrangement that was delivered to my dear friend but she called and was extremely pleased. Placing the order and working with staff was a breeze. Would highly recommend this florist.
