This is a great repair shop I can recommend doing business with. The guys here really know their stuff, and can fix almost anything for a reasonable price.
4 stars because they need to be a little more accurate as to when they'll be back from lunch

Yesterday around 4:00 pm ,my phone screen started flickering and I was now unable to use my phone , answer , call, view videos and text was now impossible. I went to a repair shop and was told it'll be a 3 day process to get my phone serviced. However the owner told me about Waka which was 15 minutes down the street and they could facilitate my needs.
Upon arriving they didn't have the part on hand due to my phone is over 6 years old ; however he can go get the parts needed which was in Virginia ( the store is in College Park Maryland) which would take him 2 hours round trip . He made the trip , repaired my phone which went beyond closing hours and I was happy .
My phone has my existence, and this meant a lot to me THANKS A MILLION ; I'd recommend this business to anyone who needs immediate repairs done .

From diagnosing, to quoting, to the actual repair I had a great experience. Shoutout Mussa he was a great help in and out of the store, communicating with me and making sure I got exactly what I wanted. Would recommend this place to everybody.

Turned in my surface pro 9 today and it was fixed in just a few hours. They didn't have the part in stock and told us they could order it or if we find one cheaper we could order it and bring it in and charged us a VERY reasonable price for labor. This place is very affordable and their service is outstanding. I highly recommend them.

I recently purchased a laptop from Waka Phone Repair Shop, and I couldn't be more satisfied. The service was exceptional, and waka was knowledgeable and helpful. The laptop works perfectly, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

Really good and fast service. The price is reasonable too. I’m a student and the logic board of my Macbook Pro was broken. Took my laptop in on Thursday and it was all fixed on Saturday afternoon! Just in time before my exams. Will definitely be my go-to repair shop.
