Horrible customer service stay away. They do not help you and you got to wait a long time so they can assist you and they do not help you. They want you to do everything when you came in so they can help you not you doing the stuff just horrible experience they need new employees, they are working at the store with no effort not good customer service other thing too, Verizon Company is horrible. They give you a price and then they be charging you more and more

Naya was super helpful and efficient with my new phone setup. I was in and out in 15 minutes - a big change from my 3-hour hellish experience a few years ago. As for Verizon Corporate's online help with phone setup, they need to do much better. Their instructions are hopelessly opaque, I thought about volunteering to edit their copy.

The team at the College Park corporate location are friendly and communicative. When I entered the store I was greeted and told someone would be with me shortly. Alec helped me by activating my phone and he is a Verizon superstar! He was patient, kind and explained what needed to happen, step by step. I was able to get my phone activated in very little time. Alec even called customer service for them to co-assist me with a separate issue. I highly recommend this Verizon location for kind, competent, professional customer service!

Went here to see about home internet, they sold me on the 5g. Got the box today and it’s not connecting. Called support and they said the service isn’t available where I am. So beware, they will try and sell you things that you can’t use. Would not recommend coming here.

I do not believe any verizon location better than other verizon location. HOWEVER, you will have better chance at a Corporate store than authorized retailer store FOR SURE. It is the people you get to interact with and helped from. I am lucky that Johnathan W. helped me through my issue I did not know it end up being that complex, and I end up found out by overheard that he STAYED OVER TIME when I was walking out the store; so Thank you soo much for taking care of your customer until the end and getting questions and issues resolved. I was originally came in via appointment after calling customer service for checking on my phone and get it traded in. Johnathan was patiences with my poor memory on trying to get my password right. He was able to figure out my apple watch connectivity, network, and over plans. He tried his best to explain this complexity of the Number share, yet he did not have to. He checked my overall plans and see if there anymore ways I can save more monthly on my ends. At the end, he recaps what I need to keep an eye out for in billing, reminds me to notify Verizon if plans have issue, and print out for me the bills and notes with explanations for them with the recaps. I walked out a happy customer, knowledgable customer, and an aware customer and that was probably thanks to 100% Johnathan excellent service. Will update more once the plans set in motions throughout months. However, this Verizon store is very lucky to have Johnathan helping out customers with kindness and empathy. 11DEC2023.

The store manager, Alisha, is our superhero! Long story short, Verizon tech support made a massive mistake that caused us to lose our phone service. Alisha took care of us and solved the entire issue! She was so nice, helpful and knowledgeable. It wasn’t her mistake, but she made sure it was fixed and taken care of. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

I was the first customer of Sales guy Christian, I explained him of the issue. He was not at all intreasted to help me. people like him do not need to be in customer service. Very dissapointed.
