Inefficient and under trained staff. I was asked to come before 4 pm on any day to get my notary done. It is 3pm right now and they don't have staff to do a notary. When asked about the miscommunication, instead of apologizing, the staff member talks philosophy about life and death.

Hours posted online are wrong; no hours are posted on the actual business. Store was supposed to open at 9. I arrived around 9:30 and waited 30 minutes for the store to actually open at 10. The employee arrived at 10:05 and leisurely took their time opening as a long line immediately formed of people who had been waiting outside. The employee had trouble with the computer system and asked everyone with dropoff packages to step aside and wait *again* while they served everyone else in the line. So what should have taken about 2 minutes - dropping off a pre-labeled package - ended up taking over an hour. I eventually just put my package on the counter and walk out.
