I had an incredibly positive experience during my hotel stay. The staff, from the front desk to the breakfast servers and the general manager, were all exceptionally friendly. The hotel itself was impressively clean and had a fresh, new ambiance. Overall, my girlfriend and I had a delightful and memorable stay.

I stayed 2 nights here. They do not clean rooms and you are completely self service. If you want anything you have to go get it yourself. The manager Lindsay is not very friendly not helpful. The breakfast was lackluster and not very well maintained. The hotel is newer and the rooms are really small. The walls are also very thin and the neighbors next to me stayed up late laughing and having a good time. I heard every word. There also seems to be a lot of crime. One of the vehicles in the parking lot had all of its wheels stolen overnight and no one from the hotel even noticed. It was right outside the door.

We had a nice stay here. Hotel is located in good location. Decent parking and decent priceRooms are spacious and cleanWashrooms are spacious and sparkling whiteBeds and linens are comfortable. Had a nice sleepRooms are equipped with kitchen, fridge, locker and big screen tvFront desk persons who worked in night shift is very good. He welcomed us very nicely. Especially a tall guy. I didn’t remember his name.Only reason for 1 star less is, complimentary breakfast is not that great. It doesn’t have a basic bread or brown bread. And breakfast timing is conveyed to us wrongly. They mentioned 7:30 to 9:30 but unfortunately they closed by 9am. The lady who take care of breakfast section is very rude.Otherwise overall a good place to stay

Great option when staying in College Park. Very new, clean and spacious rooms. Staff was terrific. Breakfast included is a nice plus. Small breakfast but more than did the job and not overcrowded. Note it ends at nine am. Attached free garage was very convenient. Great price. Solid Wi-Fi too. Been there twice and would go back.

I've stayed at this hotel for a week at a time several times over the last few years. Every time I have been very happy with my stay! The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the amenities are very good. All rooms are suites, and I really appreciate the kitchenette during my long stays. The provided breakfast is very nice, and underground parking is available.

Disappointed, the studio room was VERY small. There wasn't a luggage stand in the room, but maybe it's because it wouldn't have fit in the very small space of the room. The gym wasn't updated, no towels in the gym to use.Rooms: Very small rooms.

My family stayed here during some extended home repairs, and we really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and nice, well stocked kitchen, great staff.

The room we were given toilet didn't work. We were told there is no maintenance due to it being Christmas Eve. Didn't receive a new room until the next day after 2:00 p.m. Breakfast bar was small but staff were OK. They only have one cart for checking in and out. Ridiculous.

Booked a room with 2 queen bed and a sleeper sofa for my family of 5. The manager decided to change our room to one with a king bed and sleeper without telling us. And we learned this at 9.30pm when we arrived. The person in charge told us he talked his general manager and his request for second room was rejected for us. When confronted in the morning, general manager said nobody contacted him.So we were offered a single person rolling bed. With a rolling bed, we were still missing a bed for the 5th person.We ended up sharing bed, and having the worst night on any hotel we stayed.Customer satisfaction is not top priority at this hotel.If you simply want to get what you pay for, really nothing else!, just look somewhere else.

This is definitely one of the nicer hotels in this price range in the area. I stayed at some of the cheaper locations and I would really suggest paying a few dollars more to stay here. The staff were amazing and friendly. The room was clean and nice. It also has a kitchen in it if you want to save a little money from eating out. This is so close to the Greenbelt Metro station, it's really convenient. It has free onsite parking. I would definitely recommend this place!

Nice hotel, but I found hair in my breakfast eggs and waffle on Sunday 8-21-2022. I talked to the housekeeping manager who assured that they get the eggs from a supplier and it is expected to have hair in the food sometimes. She also said that she has been a restaurant manager for 14 years and she had seen hair in the food so no big deal. Well, am I staying at a Marriott hotel?! Or some disgusting motel on the side of the road?!Is this the high standard of Marriott? I even was not offered any apologySadly, total ignorance of guests health and experienceSee the pics
