“I visit the Road Runner Sports in Arlington, VA to replace my Brooks shoes, which were worn down completely. Mini, Travis and Kimberly (Fit Experts) greeted me with a friendly smile, professionalism, expertise and extremely prompt amazing service! They took the time with passion to educate me on how to choose the right fit and so many other aspects of excellent foot health. They also helped me come to a conclusion that the Glycerin 21's Brooks (at a great value price) are the most comfortable for my feet and also happens to be my favorite shoes ever. Their dedication to excellent customer education and service is second to none and reflects great credit upon themselves and the Road Runner Sports brand! They are the epitome of excellence and true professionalism! My overall rating undoubtedly is 5 stars without hesitating. Mini, Travis and Kimberly (Fit Experts) all deserve the biggest raises and recognition for their amazing friendly service and professionalism. Thanks Road Runner Sports for hiring these jewels of employees to represent your magnificent brand, who will undoubtedly cause it to flourish consistently!”

“How have I not known about this place?! A couple of my coworkers told me about home court so I figured I’d stop in. It’s in an unassuming location based out of a White House tucked away in downtown silver spring. They resell clothing ranging from popular streetwear brands to designer labels and an extensive footwear collection. I went in with a couple items to sell. They took my pair of Rick Owens Creatch cargos and gave me $200. That’s a very reasonable price given I paid probably 600 for them. Didn’t take my McQueen boots because they said they don’t have a good resale value. I was very impressed with the designer selection. They have a lot of rare stuff that’s in great condition, some even brand new! Their staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back to sell some more and browse the new selection. If you’re looking to sell or buy some heat, this is the place to go!”
“Chad was awesome. Guided me through all the options to consider when starting to increase your mileage per run. Had me test out various different fits, cushions, and supports. Shopping local was 1000% worth it here. Ask for Chad when coming in.”
“I’ve always had a great experience at this location. It can get a little crowded on Sundays, so you might want to go on a different day if you’re able and need more help. The staff is pretty knowledgeable, and they ask other staff members if they don’t know the answer.”

“This is my go to place for cleaning and restoring all my shoes. It was much easier to take my favorite pair of Js or Air Max to have them refreshed rather than trying to find them again and paying the high prices now. In a time of things being so exspensive this place is a def go to for me. Also you can donate shoes so if you have shoes you do not know what to do with donate them so they can go to someone that needs them.”
“5 STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE.My parents stopped by Ramer's while in DC. They were shopping for my 4 and 6 year old and purchased a few pair of shoes. They received excellent service. The shoes were stolen from a car place the same day. I needed a pair of shoes for my Kindergartener's graduation this Friday. My mom called the store and he took care of us and shipped the shoes to my home. It's Monday and they've already arrived. The shoes fit perfect and are so cute for this special occasion. Thank you Ramer's Shoes for being so kind to my parents and going out of your way to make our day. If we are in town again, we will definitely be stopping by.”

He did a fantastic job at a very fair price. While I was there, I couldn’t help but to admire the beautiful collection of shoes on sale.If I ever need my shoes repaired, I will certainly be back. Also, I will only buy upscale shoes from Sky Valet.Thank you!”
“V is the man!!! He came highly recommended by a friend. I had a stain on a fresh pair of Jordans and let’s just say I made it worse trying to clean it. He restored them like they were brand new! He is also very kind, friendly and professional. I highly recommend everyone to see him for all shoe repairs, be it your favorite pair of kicks or heels I’m about to take him my Stiletto boots next!! My brother was on the phone speaker and asked John specific details and he knew the answers. I showed him a picture of the suit and found me a pair to match a dark grey and navy.He also made sure I would get them by Thursday.John is great! “After haven’t been to silver spring downtown area for awhile, glad to see some changes happened to the area including this new nike shop.This nike factory store is very spacious and has great selections, great value on discounted items.The shop looks pretty clean. But out side of 1 security guard and couple employees in the front, we didn’t really see other employees working on the floor. Since we didn’t need any service so cannot really comment on it.The store was very quiet, not too many customers inside when we were there. Great location, and convenient. Parking garage nearby.”

“I went here in the afternoon, so there weren't many people there. However, it took quite some time before someone approached me and asked if I needed any assistance. I was given a pair of shoes to try on, but then the staff simply disappeared to the other side of the store and began assisting other customers. Aside from that, I was served immediately after asking another staff member for assistance, and they were friendly.”

“Update 6/2023: so happy with the new management at Amano! They’re friendly, helpful and the inventory is much improved. I now go there more frequently to see what new things they have.Previous review: I'm so glad to hear others say they've had great customer service b/c it's been hit or miss with me. Sometimes i'll get a very nice sales woman and other times, like today, my daughter and i walked in, looked around the jewelry by the front register and left 5 mins later and not one person acknowledged us. We've also gone bought something there and literally, nothing was said to us. Not hello/can i help you/thank you for shopping with us. As i said, there have been times when they've been friendly but it's kind of odd that it's not consistent.”
