He was attentive, patient and 100% undestanding.On Sunday, I went into the store to pick-up a print order that I placed online, on Saturday.Of course, as usual, it had not been printed. Their usual procedure is to call (the manager) on the phone and she will send the document to print. By the way, the manager is ALWAYS rude and dismissive. This doesn't make sense, but oh, well.I was told that she is unavailable on Sundays and that Courtland did not have access to print a one page order that I had paid for.As can be expected, I was NOT happy. Well, Courtland apologized and the gave me the Store email so that I could resend the document. It was on my laptop, not my phone so I had to go all the way home to do this.Courtland asked me to call him when it was re-sent and assured me that he would print it right away...which he did.UPS needs more employees like Courtland. Courtland, I appreciate everything.The process there, for online print orders is ridiculous!!!”
“I went for Notary services. I went to this shop because they had helped my husband with a large package return. There was no wait, even though there were other customers there. Femi was quick and efficient. I realized later I had made an error and returned to the shop. Awa kindly offered to help me until Femi was available. Plus, I was then able to ship my documents from the Hyattsville location. They appreciated my honesty and taking responsibility for my error. They were easy to talk to, very friendly, and happy to be of service. Should I need anything in the future, I will return to PostNet Hyattsville, which just happens to be my local store.”
