Terrible store! Deliberately leaves parking spaces unmarked as "private parking" so that they can call towing company and pocket the commission. They even have towing sign on the door because "it happens frequently" but even admitted that they refuse to fix the issue... Will never return to this trash establishment! ?

Hello everyone I’m going to share another great experience, another Sherwin Williams paint store. A few days ago was at this store and got held by Carey and Dmetrius this 2 gentlemen were very knowledgeable and very professional. They answer every single one of my questions, and believe me I had bunch of questions.
The reason for my visit at the store was because I needed a miracle paint match for a job that requires extreme professional finesse with a factory finish look additional preparations had to be done, before the paint but my focus on this review is the quality of products that was offered to me and the service that was given to me during my time at the store.
While Carey was working on that miracle paint match Dmetrius was helping me with information on other paint item
Carey and Dmetrius can thank you enough for all your help.
This gentleman made this miracle job happen.

Tiffany was AWESOME. She spent so much time with me and helped me to decide the color palette for my entire condo. She was so patient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her for all of your paint selection/finishes needs.

Great first-time visit. Very helpful staff. Appreciate the explanations and help to create a unique exterior paint sample. I think Chris was the name of the gentleman at the counter that helped us out the most. Both guys were awesome though. We will be back.

Bad experience I did me order over the phone 30 in advanced but when I was in the store the paint wasn't ready I ask to the manager and he was smoking a cigarette outside poor costumer service

I would like to recognize Jorge Rodriguez and Saul Rojas-Castrillo for helping trying to duplicate some old Duron Paint that I was trying to match. This was no easy task and involved a lot of math to make the color I needed. I appreciate your time and patience in help me get close to the color I needed, Thanks again for a job well done!

I shopped in both stores in College Park and salespeople in both stores are very professional and helpful. My usual orders are in computer and the color of the paint always match perfectly.
