Don't use this company. Have gone to them several times asking for a password from a club account. They lied to me each time and told me that it was going to be sent within a week. We have not been able to access our savings account and it is unacceptable.

While this bank may give off a new-age look and feel on the outside, service is far below the industry standard. I have had to order new cards a few times and although I am told over the phone that a card will be mailed out to me, weeks go by and nothing shows up. I have asked to speak to either a relationship banker or anyone to offer me advice on specific topics such as travel but was told that there is no advice that anyone can give me. There are no policies in place regarding phishing scams the way normal banks do. Don't expect a dime from this place if you find yourself a victim to such a scam. Don't expect them to care about your credit score either. The mobile app is slightly dysfunctional too. If you are fan of frequently calling in, driving in, or getting the runaround, then this "bank" is for you.

They took away all the tellers except for drive through, to presumably save money, yet thety make you call the bank and sit on hold or wait interminably for a return call to complete transactions that should be able to done with online banking. The systems are basic and almost useless. Better to find a bank that knows how to deliver services with good systems and provide good customer service than be trapped in the phone system trying to get help from reps that don't know the products or systems.

This is literally the worst banking experience i have ever encountered. My direct deposit doesn't go through, they don't allow me to withdraw more than $90. The wait time on the phone is the same duration as pregnancy. i regret ever banking here i swear

Caution: An account will be closed to make any cryptocurrency purchase even if only mentioned and not actually conducted. While my account was recently opened the rep said they handle all accounts with cryptocurrency with the same prejudice. They cite a potential loss to their business, but this was the rudest and most any member policy I have ever heard of and experienced from any credit union. They ignored my interest in other services and were resistant to providing the rational to the policy. Avoid SECU, find another credit union that actually supports legal transactions and don't discriminate on what you may want to purchase with your money.
