Went to get the touch up paint kit offered by our builder. They only had one of the two paint colors/types and I had to ask for the brush that comes with the kit. Otherwise..Pleasant and quick service.

I've been a McCormick paint customer for 25 plus years. They may not have as wide a variety as the big boys like sherwin-williams, but I've learned their paint lines and I know which paints to use and which ones to not use. They have a nice amount of sundries as well. The paint store managers may come and go but everyone I've dealt with has been knowledgeable and interesting to talk to. The guys know their stuff. Having a credit account there sure doesn't hurt, so I make sure I use it every month. Well worth the trip, no question about it.

McCormick produces a good quality paint. It's almost good enough to just do a single coat; nice coverage and good colors that are true to the samples.
I've always found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. You'll pay a little bit more than the big box stores, but it's worth it to go more years in between paint jobs.
