“I had a great experience purchasing a bed thanks to the amazing customer service from Clarence and Sean on separate visits. They truly work as a team supporting each other. They are friendly, knowledgeable, patient and incredibly heart centered. I made my purchase on Tuesday and my bed arrived Thursday . I had a confirmation the night before and also 10 minutes before the delivery truck arrived. The set up crew was superb and had my frame and mattress ready to go in minutes. “The furniture was amzing, Ive never been to a furniture store like this, and as the staff were amazing they helped us look around and gave us some suggestions on some stuff. The kids loved it! They did not bother us since they were distracted by the food. They had ice cream, candy ,cookies, coffe and water all for free. And the furniture looked great the prices were cheap they didnt do a discount but other than that the it was good.”

I had no idea what I was doing, and every question, no matter how insane or annoying, Portia answered with a thoughtful calm patience (even though I was asking the same thing twice sometimes). Based on your needs and preferences they can help direct you to the right mattress fit and you can test everything without getting overwhelmed.
