The woman in the self checkin line had a extreme bad attitude. Never help people, not admitting anything even she is wrong, blame other people for her faults. I mean if you hate your job so much, you should find another one. It’s better for your health and customers’.

so far, I'm quite satisfied with shopping at this location. Place is clean, generally quite organized. Fresh pastries and croissants. Prices are one of the best you can find. Some people have left bad reviews because of poor interaction with some of the staff? I haven't had any such interactions.

Reported of condition perdue chicken breast meat to the store manager. She was indifferent to the issue telling me it was the refrigerated case the chicken was in and not the chicken itself and they had been trying to clean the case but have been unsuccessful. She made no effort to approach the case or pick up a package to determine if it's the chicken or otherwise stop people from buying.

I come here often, and prices are mostly good. Sometimes they can seem a bit pricey for the smallest amount of things purchased. Recently I have noticed a micr problem. Today me and my family were greeted by a mice that insisted on getting closer.

Only one register was open.
Even though they sell onions by the pound, you can’t just buy one or two onions like every other grocery store. You have to buy a large bag. Cashier refused to ring up the single onion I had. Either the cashier doesn’t know what they are talking about or the store needs to make better business decisions. What a racket.

A customer dropped a glass jar of olive oil, and I tried to make a worker aware of it, but she didn’t seem to care. I just wanted to inform her because it was glass and oil, so she could contact someone else to get a sign. She said, "That’s not my job." I responded, "Okay, I guess," and walked away. As I was leaving and passed her, she said, "That’s not my job, that’s yours. I didn’t make the mess." I was shocked because I didn’t make the mess either. I couldn't believe she made another comment after I had already acknowledged her response. All she had to do was watch the self-checkout, and someone had literally just shattered glass in the middle of it. How do you expect people to clean it up without any help?

Lidl is now my go-to for groceries because of its reasonable prices and wider variety than Aldi and this store has even more options than the one on New Hampshire Ave,Tacoma Park. Still, it could benefit from broadening its selection to offer customers the convenience of getting everything in one place.

Of all the lidls I’ve been to, this is by far the worst one of them all. Lines are constantly long because the managers do not want to use more than 3 self check out machines. Of all 8 registers available only ONE is always open. There is always a leak in the ham and cheese section isle that never seems like they are gonna fix it. The entrance of the store always has trash around on the floor. The carts are always disorganized and spread all over the parking lot. Honestly such a horrible mismanaged store. Looks like something out of a third world country.
