Great customer service. Got 2 sinks to for under the counter granite installation. They helped me get the right size and even left me return the extra sink when I didn’t need it.

I ordered a custom marble vanity top from them. It was very reasonably priced. The installers ended up creating some cracks in it when drilling the faucet holes at my house. I had read online that some companies will just chalk these kinds of cracks up to working with a natural product and will only "repair" them with epoxy (you can still see the cracks after the "repair" of course). I was prepared for a fight when I emailed the owner, but he arranged for replacement immediately and without hesitation or excuse. I understand accidents happen but not all companies will take responsibility for them like Gonzales did. I was very impressed with how they handled this situation and would not hesitate to order from them again in the future.

I was in awe at the beautiful selection in the warehouse. The associate who helped me was very friendly/professional. When inspecting my island top, I realized it was not the selection chosen for my island at the warehouse. The island top installed was completely different - all white with minimum contrast. The second occasion, I was told the replacement piece chosen for the island was sold to another client. Now, while I stand in my kitchen, I realize the countertops installed are not the initial selections either as there is a visible crack on one side. This company is not honest. Please inspect your purchase thoroughly when delivered/installed.

Alferdo was very kind, professional guy who did a superb job on the countertop. Especially, I was happy with the prices, the quality and color of the quartz that I chose. I would hire him in a heartbeat again.

Angel and Nery did a BAD job with my kitchen countertop . I m not happy with them.. don't hire them at all!!! Suggest to work with directly to the company not third party.

I would recommend Gonzalez Granite to anyone, this place has a great selection and they were great to work with! Ludyn was very professional him and his crew were awesome and they did a spectacular job! I just wish I could do more than 5 stars!

Domingo and Angel are superb!! Their product and services are stellar! Domingo, knew immediately my style, and suggested the granite for my counters that were for me!! Great selections! Additionally, Domingo and Angel were so professional, helpful, informative, knowledgeable, and so kind! Their prices are reasonable too! I would with no hesitation hire them for any home improvement redesign!

Professional and very reliable company if you need anything in regards to kitchen remodeling. Prices are the lowest in the area and the quality is as great as the very expensive companies on the market. If you need kitchen upgrade do not hesitate calling them.
