Once set an appt. Walked in and have them check up and tune up a vehicle. It taking forever than usually. We've seen some people walked in and out after my appt. They over charged me for the simple things which aren't necessary. Something fishy. So we decided to find some where else which is faster and quality services. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Follow up Hyundai service since purchased in Oct 2023 at College Park. 23,000 on clock taking this Kona SEL AWD for two big trips across to Grand Teton, Yellowstone NPS and many parks off road handling too, imprest great road handling in mountainous tracking, the Kona handles sandy beaches with ease in tracking.. Amazingly handled wet and heavy stoney areas in low gear movements. This Kona SEL AWD did surprise me in performance and to keep it clean the car does get professional detailing to shine bright and looks new again, after each adventure. Maintenance at College Park Hyundai is excellent with service manager David running a good ship. Yesterday's service started with Christian listening to my needs. Checks and balances went ahead with oil change , air cabin filter replacement, and wheel rotation with alignment. Great service. I hear customers online grumble sometimes that Hyundai's sales pitch of 36,000 free service on new vehicles! On my first service last year the manager David did explain this meant four free services and you may designate and choose those times to use the free service in the 36,000 miles. So the follow up for me was appreciated. But I just used the free servicing in succession, so this time I did pay for this latest service, being around $478.00. It was a fair market value for work completed, not outstandingly cheaper than any other service center. Staff very courteous and I noticed a of couple oil smudges on more drivers door after the car was handed to me by staff on completion. I brought reference to that oversight, which caused a flurry of work staff polishing the car as if to tell me "we care about your little Hyundai Crossover vehicle". Always safety first and reliable maintenance is the message I get from this Hyundai team, thank you.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Magnus and Nnadozie were not willing to negotiate price at all and in fact were laughing when my partner and I told them we knew the car was not worth the selling price. Nnadozie even admitted to raising the price of their vehicles in order to provide a "black friday sale". On TOP of that they ran my credit without my approval AFTER I had expressed that I was already pre approved. Very shady dealer, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

I am horrified reading these reviews, as my car is currently being held hostage at this dealership. I only brought my car to a dealership because I was told the check engine issue would best be addressed by a dealership. I really wish I had read these reviews before I let them have my car. I should have known when there was a woman hysterically crying and begging to have her car back that this was not the place to come for service. I was told at drop off that my car would be serviced within 5-7 days. It has now been two weeks and tests only began to be run on the vehicle 11 days after I had dropped it off. At this point, I have already spent $300 to rent a car for one week because- despite apparently needing months to look at a car- they do not provide loaner cars. It has now been two weeks and I have been assured that the car would be ready on days that have passed by. I am aware thus far of at least $600 in charges for these two tests and the "labor" involved in running them. I am now terrified that they will continue to hold my vehicle hostage for weeks to come and that it may result in damage to my vehicle based on reviews I have read on Google and here on Yelp. I implore anyone reading these reviews to go literally anywhere else.

I have to choose a star to leave a review and it's long overdue. Be very careful of this place. At the end of March 2023 they said they had a Hyundai venue for me as I was looking for a new car so I would have transportation to a new job. So I called and spoke to Charles and another Manager. They said they had the vehicle and I should complete the application and send paperwork so once I get there I could just sign and drive out. I kept asking, "so you have a vehicle? what's the color?" etc and I did not listen to my gut and red flags and the response from dealership was yes, yes we got the car. Sent via email and secure link, all the documentation, they did credit check etc. I followed up "is all good?" Yes yes come in. I had to arrange someone else to take me so I called again to really make sure there was a car and all paperwork etc was good so that I did not waste my time or the person that would bring me. And then, the truth came out. Well we trying to get you a car! What? We don't actually have one and we trying to get one but finding it is difficult. "Why was this not communicated to me upfront?" They dodged the question. They wanted me to still come in. Why would I do that? And then I realized this is how they operate to catch you in the web and if they can't give you this car then they try push you into another one. I did not go and my credit report was impacted since they had done the credit check for a car that was not even there but I trusted them. Lesson learned and never again.

Thank you to the manager Magnus, salesmen Charles and Nnadozie, and finance Ike at College Park Hyundai for the most positive car-buying experience ever! I couldn't be happier with my 2024 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Limited truck. All the gentlemen were attentive, answered all my questions, treated me with respect, and made my purchase hassle-free! Nnadozie and Charles were extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and made sure they reviewed the truck's features before I left the dealership. I recommend them to everyone.

So after being told 3 weeks later that my advisor Donnell is not there I have no input on the status of my car until I went to the dealership and spoke with the manager who had no recollection why my car was there in the first place so I had to start the conversation again (where are the notes) This is definitely lack of communication. I've learned my lesson.

Like others, I had a terrible experience and ultimately moved our car to another Hyundai to get serviced because after two weeks our car key/fob was missing and this Hyundai said it would cost me $890 for them to make a new key!!! At that point the car had been sitting on their lot for two weeks without being registered. Every time I called I would be told the car wasn't there, but after a week I went to the lot and it was in the first row directly across from where they service cars. I took a photo of its location so that I could show them where it was located. It had never been moved because they couldn't find the key and wouldn't open it unless I paid $890. Just utter disregard for our car and our situation going two weeks w/o a car. I rarely leave reviews and when I do they're almost always positive, but let this be a warning.

DO NOT COME HERE. Horrific customer service and will leave you in the dirt. Need an emergency fix? You're out of luck. Try again in 6 months. Worthless.

I wanted to update my previous review. Someone followed up about my service. When I shared that my problem of my car using too much oil was never resolved, they changed the oil and started an oil consumption test. After checking various times ti verify the excessive consumption, they began the process to have the engine replaced per the warranty. It was replaced by Hyundai. I appreciated that they finally fixed the issue I had been dealing with and honored the power train warranty. Service advisor Donnell and service manager Rose were particularly helpful with this process.

If your car has an issue I beg you please bring it to another dealership to be fixed. I brought my Hyundai in to be service as well as be assessed because I had a couple concerns with my car. It took a while to turn over and it would periodically sputter and shake while driving. I had an upcoming road trip out of state and I wanted to make sure my car was safe to drive an any issues fixed. I brought it in and was given a list of recommended things to be fixed and spent nearly $1000. Two days later my car stopped while I was driving!!! Turns out my belt was shredded and Hyundai told me in my report there was no issue. It took a couple calls to the manager for an investigation to be made and it turns out the mechanic made note that my belt was dangerously shredded however failed to communicate that to anyone else! When I spoke to the manager requesting reimbursement for the work that had to be done at another shop to fix the issue he initially agreed then ghosted me! I had to dispute the transaction with my CC company. This Hyundai dealership did not take responsibility for their negligence that could have resulted in my injury. On top of that there are still lights on my dashboard so who knows what they actually did. Please do not trust this location! Be safe protect yourself and go to another dealership please.

Today I called the service department because my 2014 Santa Fe Sport, still under warranty, is burning oil. I was told I would have to drop the car with them for 5-7 days for someone to just look at it, they don't have any loaner cars, and I get to pay them $250 for the privilege. What?! That's completely insane. I bought the car from them and I used to take my car there for service but clearly not anymore. What kind of insane business practice is that???
