Fixed up a decades old commuter bike. Knowledgeable, professional, reasonable time estimate. They charged 20% more than their quote (prolly still wouldve paid, but leaves a bad taste).

I bought my adult tricycle here and have had it serviced since. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and are very quick, and the prices are good.

Fantastic experience going to CP Bikes for the first time. Everyone was super helpful and did a great job guiding me on the accessories I was going to buy. Complimentary set up in store and great service means I’ll be back again!

College Park Bicycles did a great job tuning up my bike and fixing the breaks. They charged far less than I expected and I have paid vastly more for the same service at other places. They worked quickly, let me leave it there far longer than was ideal, and they were easy to find.In terms of suggestions, I would love to see them work on their social skills. When I go into a new business, I appreciate it when someone greets me and makes eye contact. Even if they’re busy and they say, “Welcome. We’ll be with you shortly”, it makes me feel seen and valued. Similarly, if a customer says, “It has been a tough week. My car broke down”, a response of “That stinks, I’m sorry to hear that”, or “that sounds frustrating” demonstrates empathy. A response of “Just be glad you have transportation” conveys judgement and, true though it may be, in a customer facing roll, I find it’s better to have the customer leave feeling heard than it is to put them in their place. When a person expresses frustration at something that is making them feel disempowered, it serves no one to invalidate their feelings. When you give excellent service in every other area, it’s a shame if the customer leaves feeling that they have just been scolded for expressing a basic human emotion.

Got a steel on a great used bike and perfect fittings installed by staff. Even got a used bike back rack for free - just the installation fees! Very good and friendly and knowledgeable customer service! Highly recommended!

I always bring my bikes to College Park Bikes when I’m doing a build and I encounter an issue beyond my knowledge. Every staff member in this bike shop is friendly and knowledgeable of their craft. Nothing but props to Dave bcz he also used to ride BMX and was just as lit ? as I was over my GT 29’r Pro.

Gave me a great tuning and a good price on a bent gear shift! Pickup only took like 5 minutes and they were very polite! My tuning and repairs were done in a timely manner as well!
