Be ready to spend some times because it's so stuff!!! It can be a bit overwhelming but take your time they have several people their to help it is a small space it's pretty organized and the prices OMG!!!! You can't beat them they are so reasonable!!! “This was my second time visiting The Phoenix. Very cute shop with a unique inventory. I was able to find a cute gift for my brother. I do agree with other reviews, the employees watch you as a hawk, but I just ignore them. The cashier was very nice and even offered to pack the gift, free of charge! I will the wrapping paper would have been Christmas colors instead of a bright yellow. Most items are on the expensive side. Still, I'll be returning... probably for Mother's Day.”

The boutique has beautiful high quality lingerie and clothing from around the world and you get real one-on-one helpful and knowledgeable shopping advice and care. “My first time shopping at this store & overall had a good experience. It was well organized & the clothes were organized by size & colors which I liked. It was easy to find what I needed. It felt more like a regular name brand retail store rather than a thrift store feel. I gave it a 4star only because of my retail management background, I noticed the glass tops of the clothing racks were very dusty (I almost asked for windex & paper towels lol). I will definitely be back!”
