Terrible customer service. Lazy workers. I went on Saturday one hour before closing and I was second in line of three ppl, lady came out to ask what service we need and tell to all of us that they don’t have nobody to assist us and we should come another day, or go to different locations. All of us came for a different reason and they have full stuff so the fact they could not help us any of us at the moment shows you that they don’t want to work. They just want us to leave. Terrible! Chase do something.

The branch is small, tellers are okay. However, you have to remember that there is no parking associated with this branch. If you park your car in front of the bank, do remember to feed the parking meter. We had to wait a while our business was completed and we were passed from teller to teller. Our parking meter expired and we were promptly fined by the County. It was a rather expensive visit to the branch. So remember to either walk to this branch or feed the meter for at least an hour, it may take that long while you wait in the branch.

Absolutely pathetic.. these incompetent people will close your account without any valid reasons. They should all feel ashamed of themselves for running a shady bank. Go somewhere else and save yourself from this menace.

Found that Banker is least interested in opening accounts.It appeared like it’s burden of additional job.I wanted to open 3 individual accounts and one business accounts.They didn’t even returned the call .Shocking ?

Fernando Cruz at this branch was awful - he connected me to Shawn at Chase Auto and they both made faces and laughed at me while all I needed was an explanation. Very disappointed and never want to do business again with this bank ever

This place has the worst service I've ever received. I waited there for over an hour to see the notary, and a man came into the bank an after me, but the notary ignored me and dealt with him instead. Then the manager kicked me out because it was closing time, and the notary "needed to deal with a more urgent situation." He was an a******* and I am never going back there. Go to SunTrust instead. Those guys are awesome, and they helped me out without me even having an account there.

They fax customer's crucial information via e-fax which basically they referred it as "manual." Basically they have no way tracking whether the second party received the fax or not. They told me since the faxed information was not received by the corporate, it probably did not go through. How would I know where my crucial information went to? no one knows.
