The service was terrible from the start had to remind the attendees to clean a mess that was made by previous customers and the arcade card was bad at registering the tickets

This definitely the spot to go to, the vibes was crazy fun and it was full which is even better, the music selection was spot on and honestly we enjoyed being here because we literally were being ourselves and having fun, we will be returning very soon ❤️

WORST BOWLING EXPERIENCE EVER. I have been bowling for 10+ years in numerous bowling alleys. This is by far the worst. Extremely overpriced too! For me and my wife to bowl 2 games and 1 shoe rental (I have my own) it was $60!!!! To top it off the pins ARE ON STRINGS. They are way too expensive to not have an automatic pin setter. Not to mention the lanes had so much oil on them that after throwing 1 ball you could hardly pick it up without dropping it. Will NEVER recommend this place or come back. Waste of time and money!

$12 per person and the lanes are just SLATHERED with oil. Don’t even bother coming here!

Great fun! Went with family and had a ball! Gently went to AMF in md to bowl, just for fun.
Old timey and dark. It was ok. But Bolero in College Park, md offered bowling and arcade activities! Bright lights fun atmosphere and very good food! Nothing wrong with old school bowling allies for old school nostalgic people but, if you want more updated lively fun go to a Bolero bowling alley! FYI 40 lanes too!

Can you say BAD?
I'm traveling and for a little r&r decide to stop here to bowl. First thing I'm met with is an armed guard.
The guy is so soft spoken you can't hear him over the music asking you to empty your pockets; and he gets frustrated that no one can hear what he's saying.
The two employees at the desk were not friendly. It was as if I was disturbing them on their break.
There are lane helpers or something like that. They were good.
The lane we were on had bumpers up so I went to the desk asking for help and the woman says "just kick them down"
If I've ever seen a place that needs training in customer service, this is it. I would never go there nor recommend them. Ever.

I came for a birthday event maybe a group of 20-30 people service was great
Unfortunately I lost my wallet it went missing for over a hour. Fortunately the staff found it and returned it. I want to thank Jarid,Kaylah and the security in the front for returning my wallet. I’m very grateful and can’t thank them enough.

Fun and clean. Food, drinks, games, and of course bowling. If you go on Tues evening after work, you can ha e pretty much all the lanes you could want. Good place for a party.

Lanes were clean. Front desk was pretty quick getting us set up. Food service was slow, however, and the order wasn't right. We didn't get our drinks until we were almost ready to go and then the drinks weren't what we asked for. Ugh! They are too expensive to get it wrong. Also bring back the previous mozzarella sticks. The mini bites are not flavorful at all!!

I usually never leave a google review, but this time I felt inclined to. Where do I even start. The service was horrible. Our waiter was not attentive as he should have been. I ordered an appetizer and the entree came out before the appetizer. Not to mention we had to wait over 40 minutes for food and by the time the food got to us it was cold. Additionally, I asked the waiter if I could take an entree off our bill that wasn’t even eaten and he responded “there will be a fee to take this entree off your tab” since when does it cost a fee to remove an entree that hasn’t been touched??? That seems like a way for the company to get unnecessary money out of people. If an item hasn’t been touched or eaten it should be allowed to be taken off the tab. What’s even more crazy was instead of our waiter handling our table and being attentive, he chose to bowl. Who bowls when they’re on the clock and supposed to be serving people??? Very unprofessional. There was also too many times where we had to remind the young gentlemen to refill our water, bring utensils, etc. Also, we had to open several tabs. If a tab is open at the front desk why do we need to keep pulling out our cards to open another tab for food?? There’s just too much going on at this establishment and this company should consider hiring more professional and attentive individuals.

6 months later from original review back in February 2024
I recently visited Bowlero College Park on a Monday night with a group of friends. We purchased bowling shoes and the bowling package but was caught up in our conversations, we ended up not using the lanes. After spending $50 on food and about 2 hours of talking/catching up, we decided not to bowl and politely requested a refund. Unfortunately, our experience with the manager, Eric, was extremely disappointing.
Instead of being helpful and understanding, Eric was dismissive and almost combative. He informed us that, since we had been occupying the lane for two hours, a refund was not possible because they wouldn’t be able to sell it. What was more frustrating was his complete lack of professionalism and unwillingness to offer any alternative solutions. I understood where he was coming from, but it was not a busy Friday night. It was a Monday night and there was over 10 of 40 unused lanes so reselling our lane wasn’t the issue. His response, “that’s not our problem,” head shaking, and arms crossed was rude and nonchalant, showing a clear disregard for customer satisfaction.
It wasn’t until I suggested that we receive a voucher for a future visit that Eric begrudgingly agreed. If he had been solution-oriented from the beginning, this situation could have been avoided, and I would not be writing this review. However, his I-Don’t-Care attitude made it clear that Bowlero College Park does not prioritize providing a family-friendly environment or quality customer service.
As a result, we will not be returning to Bowlero College Park as they have lost us as customers. Customer service is paramount, and unfortunately, the management at this Bowlero has failed in this regard.

It's ok fun. The prices are insane, but if you're willing to foot the bill it's a good time.
