“They're fantastic. I went in for an e-bike tune-up, and they determined I'd save money just getting a couple a-la-carte repairs.
I also asked if they could fix something that was probably impossible (the handlebars were too far away from the seat), and they suggested maybe switching out the handlebars for curved, Dutch style ones.
It feels like a brand new bike, and is so much more comfortable to ride.
Also there was a shop dog 10/10”
“Look no further - If you have a bike - regardless of the brand - bring it here - I've had several fantastic experiences here - the staff is top notch. Their service is amazing. Highly suggest.”
“I had Matthew help me dial in a new fit at Conte’s Lexington. He did some precision foot beds.He was extremely informative and thorough on fitting and crafting my footbeds. ( my feet feel like a big comfortable hug now). He fussed about my writing position and my cleat location. I’m talking particular.?I have already recommended his talent to my cycling buddy. And strongly suggest Matt to dial-in your position on your bike, new, or old. He made it easier to go faster, with more confidence. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks Matt!”
“Eric is excellent. He was thorough, explained everything well, was friendly, with a smile the entire time. Well worth the $ and a small price to pay to keep your wheels in good shape! Thank you Eric.”
“This place is my go-to and I recommend it to everyone that asks. The shop is trustworthy and honest, and the folks that work there have never been condescending. The prices are reasonable and I appreciate the clear communication on my options for bike work and parts.”
“I've come here twice for repairs, once after a fall, and once after my shifters stopped shifting. The services are affordable, and the staff is kind and talented.”

3403 M St NW, Washington“Responsive, friendly, professional. I have used Pro Shop on and off over more than 10 years, and they seem almost consistently to do well on most parameters relevant for cycling aficionados. This includes a great a deal of patience explaining and researching options for spare parts, and rarely (if ever) trying to up-sell. I’ll keep coming back.”
“When I first moved over to NW DC I was calling around to shops that would loan me a bike bag for my flight to Miami. The team at silver cycles offered to rent me a bag and pack the bike for me. Since then I've been back a few times and every time I've been met with great service. This is really a neighborhood shop where you feel as though they are invested in your biking experience. I am now a regular customer.”
“As new cyclist to the Hyatsville neighborhood, I felt very welcome at Arrow Cycles. I was helped after getting a tune up by Chris D. one of the co-owners (in tandem with Chris M)! He helped with fiddly issues after the tune-up which other stores in my experience charge for the follow-up. So nice and now my Surly shifts like butter. Thanks so much and I'll be back!”
“Phil, Peter, Sujit and the whole crew here are just phenomenal. I hemmed and hawed over a cargo e-bike for months, and they were so patient with all my questions. Everyone here is highly knowledgeable and very kind. They let me take all the e-bikes out for a spin, multiple times, before helping me decide on an xtracycle RFA. I love it so much!”
“I’ve ate from the cafe here but my first time getting serviced for a dinged up bike was today and it was great. The owner Lori helped me get my bike out the car and Buddy finessed a miracle (he was so knowledgeable). I’d recommend to anyone for your bicycle needs. ??”
