I wish, I could give less than 1 star to all best buy company. I am an existing customer of Best Buy for almost more than 8 years, and I purchased different IT equipment's, games, computers, phones. If I knew that this company is such worse will never bought any things in my entire life. First of all, this company pushing us for buying 2 years/three, four years, five years etc protection plan. When I bought the protection plan for my phones. They said that they will charge the service fees which is almost half of the phone price now. Second, they do have 10000 excuses for customers issues. I beg each individual customers that be careful before making your decisions to buy something over there. I might stand in front of each Best Buy store to explain my stories to every customers. This company is obnoxious.

This location gave a weird experience. There were security guards staring people as they walked and also one at door who looked like an armed police officer! Shelves were bare almost looked like a shop that was ready to be shuttered for good. No a soul bothered to ask if I needed any help with anything. And check out counters are not easy to find - there were four people lined up and waiting in the middle of nowhere!

Went in knowing what I wanted. Asked 3 different associates for help and no one seemed to have the time nor care to help out. Found the 2 computer monitors, desk stand, and surround sound I wanted in the store and then looked online to see if it was cheaper since I had time. Ordered everything I wanted online while in Best Buy through a different store(Not Best Buy). Saved $250 buying somewhere else and had it delivered at home next day. Lack of customer service loses customers.

During a kitchen renovation, we ordered a Whirlpool gas range from Best Buy (Original Order #BBY01-806747505019) and arranged to have it delivered on March 30. Because the window provided was 7AM to 7PM, I took the day off of work. I have to take leave in advance, so I was not able to plan a half day before I was notified of the more specific delivery window the evening before. When the oven was delivered, the delivery subcontractors set the box down and took a picture of one side of the box, presumably to show that the item was delivered. I pointed out that the other side of the box was very crumpled and suggested we look the item over to ensure it is not damaged. The exact response was "We don't do that." And with that, they left. When I opened the box, I saw that the oven appeared to have some significant damage. The enamel was shattered in places as if the oven had been dropped or crushed. The control panel was loose. There was a sizable dent on the back side of the oven. I called to complain, and was offered $130 compensation. My wife and I decided that it would be better to have a new oven because the damage was noticeable and we did not feel confident about an oven that appeared to have been dropped. After that deliberation, we ordered an exchange on April 5. On April 10, the next oven arrived. It, too had some obvious damage from being dropped or bent in some way. This was my second day off of work, again due to the vague delivery window being 12 hours wide. When that window is narrowed less than a day before the delivery, it is difficult to salvage some of the work day, so again, I took leave from work. I pointed this out when I called to complain and was offered $150 to accept the damaged oven. My day rate is significantly higher than the paltry refund offered and $150 does not even cover the lost wages. More importantly, I did not buy a discounted oven. This is a new kitchen. We want an oven that is not scratched, dented, bent, or imperfect in any way. So we ordered a second replacement and, for the third time, one of us took leave from work. On 4/13, to our complete astonishment, a third damaged oven arrives. My wife was upset and told the delivery driver to take it back. The driver explained to her that at Best Buy's warehouse, the ovens are stacked on top of one another in such a way as to cause this damage. He actually said that! He also said no matter how many we order, we are likely to get one with some damage. The delivery contractor indicated that Best Buy's warehouse storage practices are directly responsible for the hassle and the THREE DAYS of lost wages. We could have ordered a 60" Thermador for the mosey we lost waiting for Best Buy and had it professionally installed by someone esle! I called this number: Appliances 1800-621-9970 Ext 358 I got this case number: 309514047 I was offered (and I accepted) a discount of $150 and an additional compensation of $50, to come in a gift card for $200 total. I was provided Fund ID# F14230872, which I read back to the agent and confirmed. On June 1, no gift card had arrived. I called Best Buy and was told that fund ID number does not exist and that our case number does not apply to an appliance issue! Then I was placed on hold for 30 minutes only to be reassured that I would not get that refund and that I can send an email with pictures to Geeks Squad's email address to begin the process of complaining. No one replied to that email. We purchased a new oven and it arrived damaged. The discount for accepting this was well below a scratch and dent discount. Three ovens were delivered and none of them were in new condition. The delivery contractor explained that the warehouse stacks the ovens on top of each other in such a careless way that they are all damaged. Anyone complaining can look forward to a combined several hours on the phone only to be lied to about compensation. The compensation will not even touch the lost wages of spending not one but three days waiting for an appliance. Best Buy will require even more wasted tim
