Femi was quick and efficient. I realized later I had made an error and returned to the shop. Awa kindly offered to help me until Femi was available. Plus, I was then able to ship my documents from the Hyattsville location. They appreciated my honesty and taking responsibility for my error. They were easy to talk to, very friendly, and happy to be of service. Should I need anything in the future, I will return to PostNet Hyattsville, which just happens to be my local store.”

“I've been here a few times now and the owner is such a friendly and helpful person. I had some packages to send off and I couldn't find a box for one of them. He was kind in offering to leave the box with him and he would take care of it for me. I even got a shipping notification later that evening. The "more" part of the store is accurate as aside from mailboxes and shipping items, you can play the lottery, use the computer, purchase snacks, greeting cards, and other random retail items.”

Living in metro DC, there are many for me to choose from but I always go back to this location for their service and quality of work. The manager (I didn't catch his name!) goes out of his way to ensure that my prints are done in the promised timeframe and of the highest quality. He takes the time to personally trim my laminated sheets. In one order, I had four small certificates in each 8.5x11 page and he took the time to cut each out individually. Excellent work and highly recommmend!”
