“This is a standard size Giant Food store. It has one main store entrance. The other entrance is closed off on the outside & is an emergency exit only. Here you have all the variety you need for a successful grocery shopping trip. The produce is fresh. I bought a two pound of bag of mandarin oranges on sale recently. In general, the prices are quite competitive, but I was very thrilled to to see double Stuffed Oreo cookies on sale for BOGO the next week. This was an offer I could not pass up. Two packages for $7. Customer service has been good especially at the self-checkout stations. This is impressive! Parking is easy and plentiful in the shopping center lot. “This place is absolutely the best Balkan food over any of them in the DMV area. I am highly recommending it to anyone to try even if you aren’t close it is 100% worth wild taking a trip to try it. I promise you. You will not be disappointed of that I am 100% sure. ? Everything is made from the scratch and delicious the homemade Lepinje (bread is freshly baked bread/bun) it tastes heavenly and healthy!! Can wait to read your experiences and review.”
“I stopped in on a whim today to see what kind of food they had. I was overwhelmed by the amount of items they had! I didn't know where to start, and the lady recommended the Pirozhki which was very good. Everyone was very nice! There were a lot of european specialty items here, so of you are looking for something specific, they probably have it (Russian, German, Ukrainian and more!) Definitely worth a look, and I will be back to explore all they have to offer!”

“As 99% of other Trader Joe's staff, the staff are friendly and helpful. The parking door is located in the back street but convenient enough to get the elevator to reach the store.”
“I love the simple layout of the store that allows for quick shopping. They do move things around every so often, so sometimes you have to hunt for where they moved your favorite item. Pleasant staff, clean store, they constantly restock. They don't have everything you find in some larger Trader Joe's but then again the atore isn't huge which makes wuick trips easy.”

“As far as I’m concerned, this is the best place to shop in and around Bethesda! We shop here at least twice a week. The secrets is out and this place is getting busy. I love their steaks but their poly face chicken, eggs, breakfast sausage and beef are a close second. The people here are passionate about what they do and provide fantastic customer service.”
“They deserve 5 ? stars, because everything is perfect, EXCEPT that someone up high in the organization must have decided on a lark to open the store one hour later, changing from 8AM to 9AM --- IMHO unforgivable.
NOW, when the store opens it is much more crowded, convenient parking is considerably harder to find, check-out lines are longer, etc., all of which markedly diminishes, nay, nullifies the otherwise positive customer experience.
Have no idea what prompted upper management to make such a questionable ? and foolish decision; sure hope they will reconsider asap and undo the damage, before it's too late.

“I don't think there's a single Whole Foods location that I dislike but I especially like this one for the easy garage access. This location is also rarely packed when I go, which is usually mid day weekdays. My kids love the monkey kids club events and the staff is friendly and accommodating.”

“I come here for the kebabs and sandwiches, although this is also a well-stocked grocery store with authentic Persian food. The kebabs are hands-down better than Moby Dick's - perfectly cooked so that they're still tender (not overdone) and perfectly seasoned. The service is polite and warm. Altogether highly recommended!”
“From time to time we visit this grocery store to buy their noodle dishes. It’s pre-made and delicious! They even sell boba tea! I wouldn’t say it’s the best compared to specialty boba shops, but not bad at all! They don’t have seating though. There is a parking lot on the side of the building, and street parking.The owner can speak mandarin since he is Chinese descent! In my opinion, he could pass as the brother or relative of the HK star, Chow Yun Fat. We highly recommend checking this local grocery store out if you want Vietnamese speciality foods and ingredients!”

“I was always a loyal customer in that place but there was a person with dark skin who was racist and said he was security, humiliated me by saying that I had opened some products that were already like that, I just took them and put them in again, that person forced me to bring them. the product was damaged, accusing me that I had broken it, I swore I would never return to that place again and I do not recommend it to anyone, there is another person who told me the same thing that he wanted to do with her... terrible place, they treated me very badly as a criminal and unfairly”

“A bunch of vegan options and specialty items. But speaking from experience let's just say things can add up quickly if you're not careful. Great sales when things are on sale but some stuff can be a smidge high but they have some items you're just not going to find elsewhere. So you're going to pay for it. Even the per gallon water is higher then everyone else's. With that said, if you go in with a plan you'll be fine but if you start picking up everything that looks interesting your bill will astonish you. Trust me I know from experience. They have the biggest selection of vegan baked goods that you'll find in any supermarket, that's including whole foods. I've been going for years and I'll continue to check them out when I'm out that way.”
“I only come here once in a while since they’re overpriced. People here are really helpful and friendly though really slow. They have stuff like vegan milk, vegan cheese, vegan ice cream, and vegan burgers. They have some interesting stuff like vegan fish or shrimp although I never tried them since they are quite expensive.”

I love an organic lifestyle and Food Lion is cleaning it up in there, offering some healthier options when it comes or body care products. I have recently got into some Native products and they have so much to choose from when it comes to that particular brand. It’s amazing really. “Interesting selection of items. The produce section is small but everything I’ve ever seen looks fresh. The lactose free/non-dairy options are much better than a typical grocery store; especially yogurt options. The checkout area can be a little confusing the first time you’re there because there’s a beverage cooler display to the right and just before the registers and the bread and pastry section immediately in front of the registers. Some things are a bit pricey, but I suppose everything is ticking up in price these days.”

“I used to love this place, but the prices are through the roof. Still, some items are cheaper than buying on Amazon. It still provides dairy products that are NOT offered anywhere else, and is a cut above other health food stores. But too many times the items I go there to get are sold out. We rely on it for dairy. Has lots of pasture raised products. Two bags of groceries can easily run $200.”
“We’ve loved Boarman’s for years. It is THE place to get fresh eggs, fresh meats, custom cuts, delicious pre-mades, special orders, and all kinds cool stuff you can’t find elsewhere. The staff is ALWAYS helpful and gracious. I’m especially grateful for them recently as my son has become obsessed with grinding his own meat. Every week he asks for custom cuts off the bone and every week they do this extra work uncomplainingly. Boarman’s is the best. 10 stars.”
“Small but covenient Indian grocery store! They're in a busy shopping center next door to Hip Hop chicken. My mom put me onto their mangoes and indeed they are sweet and definitely worth it. They don't always have them, but when they do, I am happy. Their hours online aren't consistent so call ahead if possible. They have other fruits, spices and snacks.”
