Extremely rude. Had a mask on behind the door. Wouldn’t open the door asking me what I wanted. Told me to use the drive through. My truck won’t fit. Come back in 15 minutes. Thinking hard about changing banks. I should be able to access my money at anytime.

Rude. Mikayla reprimanded me multiple times for not putting my account number on the check. I kept informing her it was in there and where. No acknowledgement. No apology. Just rude on a power trip.
