This morning I was looking for an unbiased third-party opinion on a financial decision I am trying to make. I called Wells Fargo and had the pleasure of speaking with Christopher Hayburn. Mr. Hayburn was friendly, knowledgable, asked thought-provoking questions, and was able to explain things in a way that was easy to understand. Even though I am not a client of Wells Fargo, Mr. Hayburn spent twenty minutes of his time speaking with me.
