“I live in California and placed an order online for a fabric tote. The bag is a medium size, with the pattern printed on a stiff cotton and I was concerned that if it was folded to fit into an envelope it would get damaged in shipping. I sent an email to the store and asked them to ship it in a flat box. The next morning I called to follow up, they just opened. Not only that every person I spoke with was very nice and professional, but the gentleman in their shipping department said they got my email and already took care of it as I asked.
