The only Walmart I am willing to go to in the balitmore area. They have actual cashiers.

Store has shown improvements better stocked shelves however the rotation on stock needs improvement, they are selling out of date food items. I watched a stocker in the lunch meat area putting new stock in front of old. When asked why and I showed her the dates she said it's not her job to moves stuff around just put it on the shelf.

Store is terrible no one that works there apparently is knowledgeable about where anything in the store is located everything is a wreck shelves are a complete disaster things just thrown around like no cares very bad experience will never go back rather drive to shrewsbury pa to go to Walmart for now on this place isn't worth the time

Lines 1/2 way back through the store on a Tuesday afternoon because they have only TWO registers open. Won’t open the self checkout, can’t tap to pay… this place needs to close. Every time I go there I get so frustrated with the inefficient management of that store, I abandon my cart and leave. It’s not worth MY $$$ to deal with their multiple ineptitudes. I will not be back to this location and I’m seriously considering boycotting Walmart and all their related companies.

Only needed to find the price of an item in store, I called 15 times. It rang every time about 20 times. No one picked up the phone except for twice. Each time the phone WAS picked up, the employee picked it up because I heard it and then immediately hung up. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Awesome experience! This store is always well stocked, clean and has very helpful customer associates. Checkout time is average during busy times, slow times can be less than a minute. This will always be my go to store

Shopping here is incredibly frustrating. Many of the home/pharmacy items are locked in glass cases, and there is no system to request they be unlocked. It also seems that the employees don’t know how to find the person with the key. The result is you end up standing around for a half hour any time you need something like body wash or laundry detergent.

Terrible customer service, I was there around 1:00pm today and the female at the self check out near the pharmacy was so rude when I asked her for help she stood in the middle of the area where the self checkout is and talked to me with non polite way while I was very polite and asked very simple question regarding a product they had in clearance aisle ! Some of those customer service associates need to have new orientation of how to talk to customers!!! In same time the manger at the customer service area was not helpful at all when I talked to her regarding the issue and I don’t think she took my complaint seriously at all !!! I wish I could talk to the store manager her or him self but I don’t think anyone in that store would care ..!
