Awful experience here at Hunt Valley Verizon. Standing room only. No check in. No movement in line for 20 minutes. When I walked in 4 employees were working. No as the line has grown. Two employees disappeared for 30 minutes. Been here 45 minutes and no one has acknowledged me.

The staff at the Hunt Valley location, including Gianni Costantino, Trevor, and Pat Hogan, were exceptionally professional. Upon entering, I was warmly greeted and promptly asked how they could assist me. The facility was immaculate, with employees actively cleaning the shelves and equipment. Their professionalism and commitment to excellence were evident.

Just stopped by this Verizon store. I needed help setting up passwords, linking services, etc. I can’t tell you what great service I received from Matt. He was very patient in answering my questions and helping me with what I needed. In this day and age of fading customer service, Matt epitomized great customer service. Verizon, you need to hire more employees like Matt.

We brought an old phone to the store to have it replaced and Gianni helped us with setting up the new phone. Due to the age of the original phone, it was not an easy task, but Gianni did an excellent job and helped us with all of our questions. Overall, we had a very good experience.

The sales agent Andrew I believe is a liars and crook and will act like he’s giving you a deal but he’s really finessing you so be careful. I came in to lower my bill by turning in my old phones. He told me if he added two lines it would give me a $10 discount. Not only was that a lie, it caused a $80 increase.

Will was simply amazing restoring my iPhone so that I could once again text and use the phone. He then steered my wife through a purchase of a new iPhone and iPad. A real pleasure to work with.

Avoid this place, like the plague. Amazed how much of a don’t really give a shyt what you really need Attitude from my so-called customer service person this evening, Was kept being told nothings for free everything costs you No matter what. Was
offered an upgrade to my existing2.5 yr old phone and Thought it would be a good idea instead of having to request a replacement refurbish POS from their Auserion insurance plan. Oh, and of course. everything’s a three-year contract. I agreed to it and then was informed if I don’t buy their iPhone 15 Protective case this evening with my upgrade phone and it falls out of my pocket when I walk out the store everything is NULL & void and instead of a free so-called phone I’ll be $1200 out of pocket. Say the least , I left Without any type of real support this evening and or upgraded iPhone So much for being a 30 year loyal Verizon customer

Do not got into this store, they do not put price stickers on any of their saleable items for the sole purpose of data harvesting. They claim they cannot check pricing or sell items without creating a “customer profile”.. this is an illegal practice.
