Don’t come here if you’re bringing a box that needs just one strip of tape to close. They’ll make you buy a whole new roll of tape in the store.

This is my neighborhood UPS and I have been using it since it opened. Raj, the manager, is one of the sweetest kindest people that I have had the pleasure of doing business with. Yes, the store is crowded sometimes but the staff is adept at handling business and keeping line moving. There has never been a problem that Raj was not able to solve. I think if I ever moved out of the neighborhood I would come back to use this UPS store.

I have been using this UPS for years until 2 months ago. They hired a new woman who iI believe used someone to come in to sign off on my package!! Once I arrived later that day to pick up my package, she kept claiming my “husband “ picked my order up”. She never seen me before and already knew exactly who I was before retrieving my package. Just please be careful as scammers work there now!!

Watch out for that guy Raj, you can’t trust him. Check your receipt, he’ll over weigh your package if you don’t pay attention. Never let him tape up or secure your package unless you’re willing to risk loss of items due to theft. Seriously, I had a jacket I was returning, he billed the package as 29lbs. After having him tape up my package, the jacket was missing when it arrived to the return address.

I love this location. I have been a customer at this location for at least 3 years. The staff at this location are efficient, friendly, and truly understanding customer service. I never have any issues with my Amazon returns. I have nothing else to say, but keep up the good work!!!
