It's my go-to UPS store. Never had an issue there. Friendly staff. Very convenient location.

Do not like this UPS site. Have been there twice and both times were not a good experience. The customer service is really lacking and if you need help they tell you to get out of line and move to the next customer.

I went to the store right before they was about to close on Monday 6/10 & the ladies were so helpful & nice & the customer service was friendly & on point! I appreciated the help & the niceness especially me arriving at the last minute!!

Avoid this UPS store!!! The staff and manager are nasty and incompetent. The manger is a very nasty man and should be fired.
The UPS store at 30 W Ridgely Rd, Timonium, MD 21093 is much nicer to deal with. I highly recommend that location!

I cannot say enough good things about The UPS Store on York Road in Cockeysville! Every visit to this store has been a positive experience, thanks to the consistently courteous and polite staff. From the moment I walk in, I am greeted with warm smiles and friendly hellos.
One of the standout aspects of this location is their efficiency. They always ensure that I receive a receipt for my packages, which gives me peace of mind knowing my items are in good hands. This place tried to charge me $140 to ship a tiny box of business cards to Texas with 2-day shipping. I took it to the Dulaney Valley location and they shipped that plus a heavy box of envelopes for about $25. Do yourself a favor and drive to the Dulaney Valley shopping center or Ridgely shopping center. Those guys are great and won't rip you off.

The man working at the store did not want to print out a simple return label and rudely told me to go to another store. I did go to a different store and they were able to print my return label without any complaint in under one minute. The guy at this location is bringing down the UPS brand; such people should be fired or the store itself should close. I saw other customers at this store also have similar issues with this clerk. There seems to be no respect for customers at this location.
