“My experience with this rental car company was a seamless process from the moment that I made contact with the call center. While most car rental companies require a credit card when renting a car and/or subject the customer to an astronomical incidental hold amount, NextCar does not. Upon making contact with the call center, I was successful in securing a reservation with my debit card. Additionally, the customer service representative ensured that I was aware of aware of all requirements prior to arriving at the NextCar location to retrieve the vehicle. Notwithstanding the above, the daily rate was approximately $30 cheaper per day than compared to other companies (e.g. Enterprise, Budget, Avis. etc.) Given this experience, I am not dubious in that I will continue to utilize this company for future rentals. Lastly, the staff at the Liberty Road location were nothing short of kind, welcoming, and thorough. The locations' Manager, Ms. Ali is indelibly a wonderful representation of the NextCar company of which is unequivocally appreciated.In the event that any reader is skeptical as to the validity of this review, I am in no way associated with the NextCar company or its affiliates.”
“As a now former customer of Enterprise, I was pleasantly surprised to find out how much cheaper NextCar was to rent. Needed a car while mine was in the shop, and rented a very nice Hyundai Accent for $30/day. The checkout process was quick and painless, with all the forms being electronic. Will be back the next time I need a car rental!”
“The process at the counter was great and the guy was very pleasant. Only problem I had was another customer had issues trying to figure out her own details. I guess it was her first time. Her truck they gave her was blocking in my truck. They told me she will be right out but she wasn't. I had to go back in there to ask what's going on I needed to leave! So finally after 15-20 minutes the woman that was helping the lady finished with her and came and moved the truck for the lady. That's what I asked in the first place. She could had ran out to move her truck so I could leave. That was very inconvenient on their behalf and I should had gotten extra time for being held up. Not sure if I would recommend this place if the staff doesn't have the courteousness to use common sense to satisfy all customers not just one customer.”
“Online check-in went fine. Return took time because the UHaul system had a glitch. I was able to get customer service on the phone and finish the return that way”
“We needed to keep the rental a little longer and the gentleman was kind enough to allow us to keep it an extra half an hour. He also said if it's raining and he's in traffic on his way with the truck to let him know and he won't charge us a late fee @5-10 minutes after the hour.”
“It’s sad seeing so many people have bad experiences with this uhaul. I wanted to pick up a couch from Savers down the street and was able to get a 9 ft van in 20 minutes. Absolutely amazing how fast everything worked out. I did it all through my phone and it was easy. Only issue is I wish I could have dropped the van off at a closer location to where i dropped off my couch but overall good experience”

“Billy and UHaul staff were absolutely amazing. They made sure my car dolly was in great working order and made sure I pulled in with my 32 ft RV in the easiest approach to navigate and hitch up the dolly. Great job, I would surely use them again if I’m traveling into or out of the Baltimore area.”
“Everything about hauling, they have small, medium and large size trucks for all your hauling needs, when moving from one location to another, the medium size truck could haul all your stuff from a standard one bedroom apartment fitted with kitchen and washrooms. They also have branches in most states across the country.”
“This u-haul experience was ok until we returned and realized that they didn't place the gas highlight where their colleagues could understand. The teller tried to charge us more for the gas, but we got straight.”
“This ended up being my last resort as home depot had their only truck out on repairs, and being around xmas time, the other people were seriously charging it up for trucks. I was moving about 20 minutes away and needed a smaller studio apartment sized truck, and they were able to give me one that worked just fine. I got the truck within 10 minutes with no issues. The guy explained everything, was very patient and overall, I had a really good experience. He was a very friendly guy and didn't have a attitude or anything. I ended up making it back a minute over to return the truck, and they didn't charge me. If I need another truck for moving close, i'm definitely going to go back as I had no issues and they definitely could have taken advantage of me being a college student but they didn't. They didn't have any hidden fees, and he explained everything. Thank you for making my move super easy!! :}”
“I needed an extra large box to return a gift. I called with the dimensions I needed and a very friendly and helpful employee recommended the grande wardrobe and said they had at least four in stock. I drove to the store a couple hours later and was met at the door by an employee offering assistance. We confirmed that the grande wardrobe was my best option and then I checked out. He asked if I would like some help getting the box to my car and stowed it perfectly in my minivan. I was very pleased with the store and the employees. I will definitely shop for packing supplies there in the future.”

“Rick is the man. Exceptional customer service from him at this location in Cockeysville. I checked in ahead of time and the process went buttery smooth. Rick hooked up the car hauler for me(don't expect this every time, I was the only one there) When I returned he also assisted with backing the trailer back into the spot and he unhooked it. Super efficient both times. Side note- the car hauler was in good shape, had a fresh inspection sticker on it and the tires, braking system(surge) and chains were all nearly new.”
