My furnace stopped working on Friday night. I received a quick response from the emergency team on Saturday morning. Problem resolved quickly, and to my satisfaction.

I am a new resident and I have to say the property manager Chanteria is as absolute Gem not only was she kind and professional she was honest and handled all ofOur paperwork in a timely fashion she was also very informative.

I have lived here long enough to have experienced a few different property managers. Chanteria is by far my favorite. She is always kind, understanding and gets things done when needed and always with smile. Any maintenance requests I have are taken care of in a timely manner and the maintenance staff is always friendly.

Their maintenance team is very good here . I had some work here that needed to be done. Nick and his team took care of several things while he was very professional. Also took the time to explain why things happened. Thank you so much for helping us!

We’ve lived here almost a year now and I can finally share that this apartment complex and staff- from leasing to maintenance is so kind, friendly and on top of their game. It is a beautiful & quiet complex away from the main roads and clutter. Chanteria, michelle, maintenance- everyone has been top tier with their customer service. My kids have been locked out before due to a timing issue with our busy schedules and we received a call right away, assuring, neighbors are friendly, I appreciate once a month when I run out of coffee stopping in for my fix from leasing & catching up. This complex really has a community & neighborly vibe. Only wished there was a small gym & maybe option to pay a fee & have a birthday party at the pool but I’m not complaining!

My honest, and unbiased opinion of this property. This property has been great to us over the years. We’ve seen 3 different property owners in 5 years but this management team we have now has been great. Chanteria, and Michelle have been nothing short of amazing with keeping us updated on any new changes or just property updates ( and trust me there’s been quick a few lol). Nothing that we couldn’t adjust to. As, a renter you have to except change. Our maintenance staff Steve, and Terry are good guys, and are quick to respond when needed. My only negative of the property is there’s no real gym for it’s tenants. Every property I’ve leased had one. However, if you want spacious, and quiet living Top Field has been great for that.

Michelle Love did a great job from start to finish. From showing me the vacant apartment and explaining the property layout to the paperwork. Even with some technical difficulties that IT couldn’t resolve, she remained patient and diligent while being positive and polite.

Michelle helped us find a perfect 3 bedroom for my family. Absolutely quiet and no noise bleeds into the place on the third floor. Neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. Lots of neighbors walking their pets which makes it feel like a nice little community. Thanks again Michelle!

This is literally the worst place to live, the managers are horrible, they have very poor service and charge way too much for an apartment (it wasn’t luxurious either). Don’t let the environment fool you, ask the neighbors questions before you decide to move there to save you money and headaches. Our bill was pretty much different every month even though we paid on time. Our last rent was about 2,400 which didn’t make sense but I just wanted to get my family out of there so I didn’t care. I thought the nightmare was over after we moved out until I received a bill (1,812.30) for a carpet replacement, 1 day rent and some other charges that don’t even make sense. I will be fighting this bill.
