“I hit part of the side walk leaving my parking lot this weekend and made a big hole to my car’s rear tire. I searched online for some used tires in the area and found Park Tires. Went today and I couldn’t be any happier and satisfied with the great service provided for Mr Park. I called before coming to his shop and said he had only one of the tires I was looking for. When I got there, he said he was sorry because he thought he had it but he didn’t actually had the tire I was looking for. I asked him to please double check and he did and found one. I was next to him for the entire tire replacement and he actually did a great job. He charged me $60 but the tire was in very good condition. I will recommend going to Park Tires if you are in need of not only used but also new tires or in case of a emergency, Mr Park can save you not only money but time also.”

“I had 2 tires replaced here, recommended by my car mechanic who I trust very much. When I first got to the shop. I explained to the mechanic as we were walking to my car, that I had a few tire leaks and I needed them to find the faulty tires.
When I got the car back, I left the next day for a 10 hr road trip up north. Halfway during the trip, I stopped for the night to sleep. In the morning my one old tire was completely flat, sitting on the ground. I was able to get air in it and continue the trip, but I needed air every 2-3 days in that tire.
This continued for a week until I drove back home on the same tire.
When I got back to Baltimore I took my car to my mechanic who found a rip in the tire.
I called interstate to explain that I would like one of my old tires put back on and the issue resolved because I explained to the initial mechanic that there was other issues with my tires besides the tread. They said they didn’t see a note by the mechanic I spoke to. But that they would look for a tire for me. They ended up doing everything they could to get me squeezed in and to resolve the issue to the point where I didn’t have to use my spare anymore.
Exceptional service and the guys really care. As a tradesman myself, I have a lot of respect for these guys and their problem solving skills.”
