Update 8/3/24: The building we are in has a key for the main door to the building and a separate key for the actual apartment. While we were away on vacation, management changed the lock/door handle to the MAIN entrance door of the building with no notice, so when we returned, the main entrance door key wouldn't work and we could not get in. We went to the leasing office and was told there was nothing they could do and we needed to call emergency maintenance to report a lock out. In the first call to the emergency line, we we're told that we'd have to call a locksmith and pay $35. That of course was not going to happen, because we did not lock ourselves out. They changed the lock/door handle. We were told someone would call us back with assistance. 45 minutes later no had arrived, so I called back to speak with the emergency line again and was told the same thing. I told them I was calling the Fire Department to assist us with getting in, because the property management and maintenance didn't seem to care. After waiting for over an hour, someone from maintenance finally arrived with 2 new keys to the door that worked and he said our keys were probably worn out. They were not worn out, because they worked just fine before they changed the handle. In speaking with neighbors, some keys work and others do not. It would have made sense just give everyone in the building a new main door key.

The refrigerator broke down and was blowing hot air. Resident services was called for 3 days before someone responded and by then all the food in the fridge and freezer spoiled. They eventually showed up after 3 days and put a temporary refrigerator in that was filthy and did not have a ice maker like the one had that broke down, so when maintenance put the temporary fridge in, they neglected to turn off the water supply hose and water leaked all over the kitchen floor. On top of that, they declined to issue a reimbursement for the food that spoiled in the fridge. Very poor management.

02/08/24……Clayton was very professional and he fixed my mailbox in a timely manner.09/28/23……My microwave was replaced and I received a new ceiling tile. Much appreciated!08/30/23….There is no longer a leakage in my apartment. Thanks to Brennan. I appreciate the prompt assistance to my emergency concern.06/09/23….I appreciate the air purifier machine that I was allowed to use for a few days.—————————————————-I misplaced my mailbox keys. They were replaced fairly quickly and the maintenance guys were professional and respectful.

My experience in the past with Henderson Webb has not been good, but in the past 6 months things have improved greatly! I had a toilet tank crack. After calling for help, someone arrived immediately at 1 am. They turned off the water and ordered a new toilet. I have another bathroom so that was OK. They came and installed the new toilet but the new toilet was smaller and the wall and the floor showed where the old one used to be and looked awful. It took 2 weeks, but a new worker came and sanded the wall in back of the new toilet and replaced the floor tiles and everything looks brand new. YAY! That is why I gave HenWebb 5 stars.It is now 9/7/2023. The rest of the story. After they replaced the toilet and repainted the wall in back and removed the old grout from the first toilet that was larger than the new one, they billed me for $512!!! The tank was old and cracked. How Is that my fault? And where must one buy a toilet for $500? I am sad that some companies can be so mean and unfair to tenants. How can people act that way?I did ask them to fix the outside buzzer buttons at the outside doors. We didn’t know when someone came to deliver a package or food delivery. They are fixed now and working GREAT! Thank you.

I applied for an apartment at Spring Valley but the Leasing Agent Kathleen was very disorganized and unprofessional. She appears to vent her frustrations publically. She had much had so much trouble resolving issues with the application portal. She even said she was overworked and underpaid. This type of behaviour should never be expressed when doing business.

I have incurred several problems whilst living in spring valley apartments. I had called to report several noise complaints at which Henderson webb continued to do nothing for SEVERAL MONTHS before any effort was made to resolve the issue. I had been told that maintenance would come and observe if I called and would should up unbeknown at a time I did not report any noise. I would not recommend Henderson Webb or Spring Valley Apartments to anyone. The maintenance is very nice and handles actual maintenance problems on a timely manner if requested online. Administration on the other hand will be unresponsive and make you jump through loops just to handle uncomfortable living environments.

Well I just moved here on March 24 2021 and I can say that so far each time I called the maintenance team they came out promptly either the same day or the next day. The gentlemen that entered my apartment were both very courteous and professional both wearing a mask and shoe coverings which I appreciate. They attended to all matters promptly and to a decent level of efficiency. I am still relatively new so only time will tell if my experience stays as good as the first couple but so far I have no complaints.

I was disappointed this time around. this is my second time renting from Hendersen-Webb in the cockeyville area. inside the apartment is ok. broken faucet in the master bath and the entire apartment was not up to my standards as far as it being cleaned. there are other things that i sent to the customer service team and hopefully i will have maintenance to come and resolve the issues soon.Revised on 9/2/20After my initial review. Maintenance showed themselves to be very prompt to the issues I had when I first moved in. Very happy with my apartment and hope to be staying here for awhile.12/6/2021 - I had a small bubble in my bathroom. I called resident services and they came out looked at the ceiling in my bathroom took a picture and said that they will send someone to complete the work. within two days someone came but I did not know and although I was excited I asked them to come back at 9:00 on Monday that next week.I was able to clear my bathroom. The maintenance was on time and finish the work within 1 hour. I was shocked. It was clean, not messy as I thought. I was happy and satisfied.

I have been living at Dulaney Springs for a year. The location is very nice with beautiful views and spacious floor plans. I must say they do try to keep up with maintenance but. There is a smell in my home which I believe is mold. The upstairs apartment has flooded 6 times since I moved in. The air conditioning unit wires had to be patched/repaired. My hallway bathroom has an odor and the toilet gets black stuff around the bowl even though I clean it regularly. I have complained. They sent out someone to clean the vents but the smell is worse now. My co-tenant and I both have COPD and he is on oxygen so breathing that is not healthy. So hopefully they will read this and come smell the apartment especially the hall bathroom. They supposedly cleaned the gutters out front and put in new steps. I hope I can include the photo of what I have to walk through when it storms if these problems are taken care of I will be a happy tenant!Picture won't post sending to Spring Valley Apts

Maintenance at Soring Vslley is really good , when they come to your home they wear their mask and are great at fixing what’s needed to be fixed . Both gentlemen are great !!! And professional !

I’m a grad student at Towson and i enjoy living here thus far moved in August 2020. We’ve only had one maintenance issue and it was addressed in a timely manner and the maintenance guy was very professional. I would suggest it. Just a straightforward apartment no bells and whistles but it is a nice place to live
