I have had an account with PNC for 15 years and at this branch for 10 years. The service I have received is exceptional for both accuracy and friendliness. Although staff seem to cycle through here for training, they have always gone out of their way to be helpful when I have problems with on-line banking or other unusual situations.

It's been two months since I opened my account at PNC, I haven't received my debit card. A week ago they sent me to that bank to get one, the girl at the entrance is a very good person but the boy who is in an office serving me, with a bad mood and bad service, I don't know, maybe because I was Latin, she treated me like that. The best thing would be to cancel my account there to move to another bank.

There is a young man who is a teller. On the left hand side. Wearing a cream hoodie. He is helpful knowledgeable polite. If PNC is paying attention find him. Promote him. He is the nicest banking person i have met in a long time.

Very unprofessional. Had one person in front of me to be waited on and instead of adding me to the list to be waited on they kept on telling me to go to another location.

There seem to be a lot of impatient and even a review that focused on the race of the worker at this establishment, so here's an unbiased review of this PNC location. I have been with PNC for about 8 years now and have never had an issue. While not every location is the same this location was professional, cleanly and followed all covid related items. I will be back and look fort to dealing with the lovely staff again.

This location is in the top corner of the parking lot with the Amish Market. The drive thru here is unbelievably SLOW! Even when there are no customers inside, the employees stand around gabbing while the drive thru is stacking up! I gave this location three chances and I'll go elsewhere from now on.

The bankers are extremely kind, respectful, and helpful! My fiancé and I made an appointment with Aqsa to open up a joint account and Aqsa was absolutely lovely and knowledgeable. She was patient with my fiancé and I and provided new opportunities that will enhance our finances for the future. We always felt confident banking with PNC, but after our experience with this location, we feel even more confident and satisfied.

This bank took nearly $300 in overdraft fees in 3 days when as a new small business owner, I net about 9000/ year after taxes. I am not going to be able to stay afloat. My family will have to go back to living in our car.

Worst customer service ever! In my entire life anywhere! I will never go there ever in my life! Everyone there are unprofessional and rude I would never tell anyone even my worst enemy to go there!

Today I had a horrible service by the Indian lady today at 2pm. I told her I am hard of hearing and she kept talking looking at the screen, did not assist me closing account, did not assist me with withdrawing the money from the account. Complete waste of lunch time!I had to be back at work and the trip was completely worthless. I am glad i am closing my account.
