Rude customer service. Do not recommend. I called hoping to get information on the type of products the guy who answered was unhelpful and very dismissive. Take your service to somewhere who is appreciative.

The guy Michael that works there is very knowledgeable and very cool I just left there was there almost a hour talking with him his boss needs to give him a raise if you want to go somewhere and have a good experience this is the place to go and btw they also have testers available which alot of places don't don't get me wrong the other guys that work there are cool dudes to but Michael is the best experience I've had by far!!

I've been coming to this location for 4 years now. The staff is excellent. They always keep in stock my favorite flavor juice. I definitely prefer this location over other shops because of their willingness to help. They have a great reward program for people who frequently buy vape products. I highly recommend getting your vape supplies from this shop.

I started coming here probably in December of 2021 because it was closer to my work and didn’t feel like driving out of my way to towson. After the service I’ve received in the time I’ve been a customer here, I will never go anywhere else. I no longer work as close to the store as I used to, but I don’t even mind going a little out of my way. This place is and always will be my favorite vape shop. The first time I walked through the door, I was immediately welcomed by the staff. I had no idea what I wanted and the guy working on literal Christmas Eve, chatted with me and helped me pick out a juice for probably 30 minutes. He was so nice and helpful and didn’t make me feel like I was bothering him by talking his ear off. He recommended Marketplace watermelon hula-berry lime and I haven’t bought another flavor since. It’s honestly to die for. They always have my coils and pods in stock and that’s pretty cool of them. I hope each staff member knows how great they are. They’re pretty fly and I dig that.Owner, you’ve got a pretty great thing going. Keep up the good work!

I love this place. Ive been here twice and the guy (I didn't catch his name) with glasses (same awesome ray bans I wear) is so nice and polite. I accidentally washed my vaporesso oops so got a new kit, some new juice, extra pods, and some cbd vape juice. Spent about $220 and realized later how much more the Koi juice was in store which is my fault for not looking. He is very helpful and I trust his recommendations. Also have an oberwhelmingly good selection. Will be back!

Clean shop, friendly staff.Very EXPENSIVE. Paid $33 for elfbar. I pay $19 at a shop in Bel- Air. Only continued with purchase because I was desperate.

Clean, great parking, helpful staff. The worker was extremely polite. Definitely a place I would try again.Did not have the flavors of juice I was looking for, which was unfortunate because I drove from South Maryland.100 mL was $30+. Comparable prices, but would not consider their products less expensive than other shops in the County.Update - Hi "owner". No need to be lost. A two-star rating is better one star. I did not call the store ahead of time. I was under the impression this store would be the one stop for all my needs. It was great store and very helpful staff. But did not have some of the specific juices I was looking for. I was able to find a nice alternative and would definitely come back.

The staff is knowledgeable and ready to help. If they don't have what you are looking for, they will make suggestions gor alternatives that were better than what I was looking for originally. 10 out of 10 recommend

I go here all the time to grab my Elfbars. They are constantly getting in new models and flavors which I greatly appreciate and they are also very personable and helpful. Chill establishment.

I bought a mi-pod pro and it didn’t work when it came out the box and I couldn’t return it. I went to the store 30 minutes later and the store said they couldn’t do anything about it. Then the next day, they really tried to get me to spend more money by offering a 50%, I wouldn’t spend another dime until i knew it actually worked. Terrible experience and now i have to wait around 3 weeks for the warranty exchange to take place.

Inventory has not been kept up to stock. The one lady working there comes off as needy. Owner stopped working inside store, which was a huge part of the charm. Please get your act together and I will change review; I’m shopping somewhere else for now.

My experience was amazing the owner is awesome he’s super nice and very knowledgeable. His store is amazing it was my first time coming and he told me everything I needed to know . He’s very caring and now he has a life long customer .

I came here looking for something specific for my vape. Luckily what I needed they had in stock (the last one ??) Everyone working there was very helpful.They have a decent variety of juices and mods for all.
