I love Austin pharmacy. I had been going to rite aid, but all of them in my area have closed and I am not a fan of Walgreens. I had fertility drugs that I needed to purchase from Austin pharmacy. Kim, the pharmacist is great. And they are always able to deliver. I'm so happy I found Austin pharmacy

First let me say I called the store in hunt valley and spoke to Chris who was very helpful friendly and professional! He listened to what items I was looking for and how soon I could get them and whether they delivered or not. He explained that the company did bill insurance and they could deliver the items to my home. I explained I would be out around the Towson area and he promptly called the Towson location for the items I needed and had them hold them for me. I will say I give him 5/5 for customer service and knowledge of DME I needed. Thanks Chris! Now to the Towson location-the parking was very tight and although on York rd, if your not familiar with the area you can drive past it-fortunately I took back roads and didn't miss the store. The staff is friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable about the DME I was picking up & had it ready for me at the counter to make my trip quick and easy. Only issue was my debit card through insurance company did not work with their older style credit card machine. However they do bill insurance which is a huge perk. Otherwise I would have to pay full price then put in my receipts for reimbursement from insurance! Overall I got everything I needed & recommend this company for anyone who needs DME & has insurance coverage. Definitely 5/5 in every aspect!

My go to for medical supplies! The best with phone orders. I pick up but they do deliver for a fair charge. And their supplier is" in network" with my insurance, so my co-pays are very small. Recommend.

I don't understand why anybody would use any other pharmacy,,,Michelle and Kim the pharmacists are the most helpful courteous pharmacists I have ever dealt with ; they will contact your doctors office and obtain refills and have your medication delivered right to your door usually the next day( Rite aid had a revolving door of pharmacists, would deny having a medication in stock (when they in fact had it on hand) , would deny the refill request was made ,had to wait in line while the on duty pharmacist also took in coming calls, and sometimes waited weeks for approval for reorders....if you need help with walkers , canes etc, the young man Seth is most helpful and always welcoming....there is nothing that compares to this local business ....5 stars for a 10 star business,,,

Austin's has a nice selection of specialized health care needs and assistive devices. When we walked in, one of the people who worked there helped us pick out what we needed after my ankle surgery. She wasn't the most friendly and didn't seem like she ever smiled, but was definitely helpful.
