Bought a fabulous used ES339 online, on their recommendation and advice. It was, packed and shipped expertly....arriving days before I was told it would. Perfect experience. Can't recommend them enough.

They are knowledgeable, and have a great variety of instruments. I like that their hours are later than the other music stores in the area. The instrument I was looking for was priced high here.

Fantastic music store-I recently purchased a pedalboard from them and they were fantastic they even upgraded the case to a beautiful brand new case because the one I bought had a tear in it- I will use them again and recommend to my friends-Love the store and these guys!

Came in after finding some items on their online store and had a great experience. Staff was helpful and flexible on pricing for used gear. Even threw in some cables + bags. Would shop here again.

They are a joke. They are clowns. Read other negative comments about trade their musical equipment. It's true.I live like 50 minutes away by driving and I was in the area, so I stopped by to check what they have. This place looks like a pawn shop, ok fine. Nothing modern, just well organized.Kinda high prices for guitars that in the used market are lower prices.I asked the trade price for 3 guitars, so if is tempting their price we could make business. But those clowns gave me ridiculous trade prices. For a guitar that in the market is $1300, they offered $300/$320.For a guitar that in the used market is $2600-$2800, they told me $1200-$1400. And the funny one was for a guitar which used is $5000 they told me $2000. Lmao.I thought Guitar Center were the worst but those guys won everything about being the worst.

The only highlight of my trip was the gentleman who originally helped me and answered the phone. However, the other worker there at the time made the trip a complete waste of time, energy, and gas.I recently came into possession of a flute that I’m looking to sell, I was told this store might be a good bet by another music retail store. To avoid wasting my time (it was a 40 min drive for me), I called ahead to get a general appraisal and see if they would be interested. The guy on the phone was super sweet, told me that it would really depend on if it needed new pads or not, but they could give me something in-between $80-$250 at the top. I drive over, the same man looks at my flute and checks the pads and says they look fine before giving it to his partner. He however, looks at it for a few seconds and tells me it’d need new pads, that they aren’t interested in the instrument at all, and I could at best get $50 for it somewhere else. There was another man in the store who I think was pulling his attention away- so he kinda blew me off and came off as kinda prick-ish.Can’t believe I made the drive just to be turned away. Can’t attest to his knowledge or how he knew it needed new pads in 30s flat, but I don’t even care about that as much as I wish there was better communication over the phone. Why bother telling me you’d do a minimum of $80 depending on if it needed new pads, when if it needed new pads, you wouldn’t even take it?? Either the sweet guy on the phone is completely incompetent at his job, or his coworker is a jerk who barely looked at my instrument and gave me some lowball offer. I’m choosing to believe the latter. Place seemed nice enough inside but the management is rude and I can’t say I’ll ever be making a call or drive again due to the inconvenience. Sellers and buyers beware of this establishments’ inconsistency.
