“I came in after going to the store down the street next to the barbershop where they told me the wrong information about upgrading my phone (told me to go through insurance first then follow the prompts to reset my phone knowing I didn’t have a phone because they sent me home) then having me reset my phone w a claim that I did not need, my work phone was now reset I drove so fast to this store and was met with Sean who helped me get this all sorted out within half an hour (the other store kept telling me it has nothing to do with them after me doing exactly what they instructed me to do) anyway Sean was very helpful, quick, explained everything and was able to get me on my way and I am home now with my new phone upgraded and restored with all my info from my phone that was wiped and no issues to my clients or my business was as I was afraid of with my phone being down.
